The offering to the hungry ghosts is, like the previous purification, blessing, and other rituals. In front, the ground is the king of nagas, the water god Varuna's body is white, with one face and four arms, and a smiling expression. The first two hands are joined in prayer, the lower right hand holds a precious rice stalk, and the lower left hand holds a snake lasso and a short stick. The white rays of light radiate brightly, and the water god and his retinue are seated here. Mantras and so on are as before. Enjoy this offering of the torma, and as Avalokiteshvara promised before, please make the Buddha's teachings flourish and save all sentient beings. The fifth is the offering to the intermediate state beings, like the previous purification and other rituals. The body is discarding the old one, and not yet taking a new body, the powerless intermediate state beings, gather in front like a blizzard. Mantras and so on are as before. By the power of this offering of food, may all illusions and fears be pacified, may they recognize their own nature in the intermediate state, and be reborn in a pure land. After disappearing. Born from the tears of the Lord of the World. White as a snow mountain, the lord of all wealth-holders. I prostrate to the one surrounded by the four Dakinis. I am tormented by the fire of the karma of miserliness. I pray to you in life after life. May you pacify the suffering of sentient beings' poverty, With the stream of the treasure of precious nectar. The five deities dissolve into one's own heart. Enjoyment gathers like clouds. Drinking water, scattering tormas in the four directions, and also reciting the hundred-syllable mantra. Whatever is not attained and whatever is degenerated, Whatever it may be, with my ignorant mind, What has been done and what will be done, May the Protector forgive all of that. Oneself is the Great Compassionate One. Transformed into a form with one face and two arms. In front, in a precious vessel, On top of a lotus moon disc. From ཛཾ་ (Tibetan, Devanagari: जं, Romanized Sanskrit: jaṃ, literal meaning: Tibetan seed syllable ཛཾ་) arises yellow Jambhala. One face, two arms, the right hand.
