Bathing with fragrant water. Bathing with delightful and fulfilling songs, And many musical instruments. Then comes the part of wiping the body, Wiping with clothes that are unparalleled to that body, Clean and filled with wonderful fragrance. Then offering to it clothes of well-transformed colors, Extremely fragrant and sacred garments. And various kinds of fine, thin, and soft clothes, And hundreds and thousands of excellent ornaments, Offering to the noble Samantabhadra, Manjushri, And Lokheshvara and others. Light, soft, and airy divine garments, To the one who has attained the body of Akshobhya Vajra, With unwavering faith I offer, May I also attain the Vajra body. By offering these garments with pure intention, May I wear the robes of a monk on my body, and in my heart, Wearing the garments of shame, modesty, and patience, Offering to the mother who gives birth to the Buddhas. Radiant like the bow of Indra of various kinds, Touching it becomes the cause of happiness, I offer precious and excellent clothes for taming my mind. May I be adorned with the sacred garment of patience. Then comes the main practice of accumulating merit, which has seven branches, the first being the branch of prostration: By whose kindness, the very nature of great bliss, Arises in an instant, The body of the Guru, like a precious jewel, I bow to the lotus feet of Vajradhara. The Guru is the Buddha, the Guru is the Dharma, Likewise, the Guru is the Sangha, All actions are the Guru, I prostrate to all the Gurus. The Guru's body is a Vajra body, Beautiful and never tiring to behold, Endowed with inconceivable qualities, I prostrate to the Guru's body. The Guru's speech is the voice of Brahma, Endowed with the roar of a selfless lion, Destroying the heretical views of outsiders, I prostrate to the Guru's speech. The Guru's mind is like space, Having the nature of bliss, clarity, and non-conceptuality, Well-abiding in the three liberations, I prostrate to the Guru's mind. In the sky of knowable objects, the mandala of wisdom expands, The rays of activity strike the continents of those to be tamed, Making all the teachings of the Buddhas clear, I prostrate to the precious Kagyu lineage. Protector, possessing great compassion, Omniscient teacher, Field of merit and qualities, ocean, I prostrate to the Tathagata. The cause of purity, free from attachment, Liberating from the lower realms through virtue, The sole ultimate truth

To the Dharma that is permissible and peaceful, I prostrate! Showing the path from liberation to liberation, I deeply respect the teachings. To the noble field of merit, the field of qualities, I also prostrate to the Sangha. Supreme teacher, precious Buddha! Supreme protector, precious sacred Dharma! Supreme guide, precious Sangha! I prostrate to the supreme Three Jewels! Possessing supreme marks, a face like the immaculate moon, resembling the color of gold, I prostrate to you! There is no one like you, free from dust, in the three realms. Unparalleled, greatly wise, I prostrate to you! Supreme among humans, the tamer, skillfully guiding like a horseman, cutting the bonds of all attachments, thus gone, senses pacified, extremely pacified, skilled in peace, residing in Shravasti, I prostrate to him! Possessing a completely pure body, supremely beautiful in form, wisdom like an ocean, resembling a golden Mount Meru, fame resounding throughout the three worlds, supreme protector, having attained the highest, I prostrate to you! As many as there are, in the ten directions of the world, lions among humans who have passed away in the three times, I, without exception, prostrate to all of them with body, speech, and mind! By the power of the aspiration of excellent conduct, all Buddhas appear vividly in my mind. With bodies as numerous as the dust particles of the fields, I prostrate to all the Buddhas! On one dust particle, there are Buddhas as numerous as dust particles, Buddhas residing among the Bodhisattvas. Thus, all the realms of Dharma, I imagine are filled with Buddhas. Those praises, inexhaustible oceans, with the branches of melodious sound, with all the sounds of the ocean, praising the qualities of all the Buddhas, I praise all the Sugatas. With skillful means and compassion, born into the Shakya clan, unconquerable by others, destroying the armies of Mara, a body majestic like a golden Mount Meru, I prostrate to you, King of the Shakyas! When you, the chief of the two-legged, were born, you took seven steps on this great earth, and said: I am the supreme in this world. At that time, I prostrate to you, the wise one! When you were born, the earth greatly trembled, and the shade of the Jambu tree did not leave your body. Thus, three times, all-seeing, possessing all wisdom, I prostrate to the feet of you, Buddha! Auspicious and harmonious aspiration, a wonderful collection of virtues.
