In the center of the pure mandala of the supreme vajra body, In that heart where the nectar Rahu increases, The glorious Karmapa abides indestructibly. Thinking well of residing in the state of immortality, I could not find a refuge no matter where I searched. If you, the perfect Buddha, are always pleased, Since you have no need to consider me, May the protector of existence and peace protect me inseparably. So said Mikyö Dorje. From the array of cool white rays of wisdom and goodness, To hold the glory of the blooming blue lotus of liberation, The cloud gathering of fortunate young bees, May that moon of speech be victorious. The great ocean of accumulated rivers of wealth, Filled with jewels that accomplish both one's own and others' benefit, Waves of activity spread to the ends of the directions, May that glorious lama be victorious. The white banner of the fame of Dharma, Like writing on the garment of the ocean, May the activity of the fortunate Dharma Lord, who has become the glorious protector of existence and peace, increase. All Buddhas of the three times are born from you. You alone are born from all Buddhas. The one and only victorious king, precious lama, May your body be well and your activities increase.

The protector lama, the refuge of worldly and peaceful existence, the source of happiness and well-being for all of samsara and nirvana, may you always hold us in your care, no matter what we pray for. We pray for your blessings. We hold as truth whatever the lama says. We see as good whatever he does, and we blend our minds as one. We accomplish all the activities entrusted to us. We pray that you bless us with a long life. ༈ First, he was born in the pure land of the emanation of Manjushri. In the middle, many intelligent ones searched diligently.
