Furthermore, since simultaneous and subsequent occurrences cannot be distinguished, the previously produced (dharmas) are the conditions for the unproduced (dharmas). This is not the final consciousness of an Arhat, as it does not generate subsequent consciousness. The definition is that corresponding (dharmas) immediately generate (consciousness) without being interrupted by other consciousness. The meaning of the words is that both the condition and the conditioned are the same in being fabricated by the mind, and are immediately generated. After distinguishing between the corresponding immediate condition and the immediate condition, some also believe that the two meditative absorptions lack the former but possess the latter. Moreover, each mind and mental factor is the immediate condition for each, but it is not accepted that each is the condition for many, or that many are the condition for each. Third, the example of the objective condition is all dharmas. The definition is the condition that generates the aspect of an object. The meaning of the words is that the basis of the objective and the condition are the same. Fourth, what is called the efficient cause is said to be the dominant condition. The first two are similar, and the meaning of the words is an additional condition. Second, in what situation do certain entities of conditions function? Among the five causal conditions, the two simultaneous conditions, relying on the cause itself, function in the present, tending towards cessation. The remaining three causal conditions, where the previous cause generates the subsequent effect, function in the future, tending towards arising. The two intermediate conditions, which are different from these, are the opposite of these. The previous condition, the corresponding immediate condition, distinguishes and generates the subsequent, and the subsequent objective condition functions for cessation. Furthermore, since the condition itself includes past, future, and non-temporal, it is not the present dependent on the condition, but is called the aggregates of mind and mental factors of the present. The dominant condition does not necessarily function, and since those that function are included here, it is not mentioned. Third, what things arise as a result of conditions? Through the completeness of the four conditions, mind and mental factors are generated, and through the three conditions that are not objective conditions, the two meditative absorptions are generated. Since they are not consciousness, they are not generated by the objective condition, and they are immediate-conditioned, but they themselves are not immediate conditions. Other non-associated compositional factors and form immediately become the objects of the mind.

It does not depend and is not attached, but arises from the two causes of before and after. The Samkhya school believes that external and internal things are created by the Lord who possesses five qualities. The Samkhya school believes that things are created by the chief. In order to refute these views, things have self-nature, not from the Lord, because if they arise from permanence, since there is no difference in ability, they should arise simultaneously, but in reality, it is seen that they arise gradually. If it is said that even if it arises from the Lord, it arises gradually due to intention, then, because of etc., if intention and the Lord are the same, then the Lord becomes multiple, and if the Lord and intention are the same, then the result cannot arise gradually. If it is a cause-and-effect relationship, because they are different, then since the cause is the same, the result should also arise simultaneously. If it is said that intention also depends on other causes, so it arises gradually, then the Lord is not the cause, and other causes also depend on other causes, so it will become infinite, so it is transmitted from one cause to another, and has not exceeded the Buddhist view. Now, the others arise from both. This is to say that because there are many differences, it is explained in detail. That, refers to being associated with the past, or being associated with the present, if the cause of arising is also arising, then it only arises from the two causes of co-arising cause and similar cause, because they are corresponding, afflicted, and neither virtuous nor non-virtuous. There are five kinds of dominant conditions that arise from arising, namely: for the sake of arising, for the sake of dependence, for the sake of existence, for the sake of reliance, and for the sake of growth. That is to say, producing the previously non-existent shape of the fruit, and the fruit that has already arisen changes with growth and decrease, this is dependence. When the dependent arising exists without increasing or decreasing, the fruit also exists in the same way. Growth and decrease are also only because one's own cause of arising has not been interrupted, so the fruit also relies on it without interruption. Arising increases, and the fruit also increases, this is the cause. When arising produces the fruit that is produced, only the co-existent cause functions, and there are no other five causes. There are three kinds of mutual arising. That is to say, those that arise mutually become the conditions of cause in three ways, that is, the previous ones become the similar of the later ones.
