Regarding what kind of dharmas, doubt is the ninth. This also has three aspects as before: First, the truth of the Dharma-nature ultimate truth is naturally pure, and the phenomena of conventional entities are pure in the nature of individual deities. If one doubts whether this is the case, it will become a self-nature downfall in this situation. If one determines that it is not at all, there is no need to mention it. Second, at the time of proclaiming the vows, "Do not have two minds towards the Dharma," etc., and "The Bodhicitta is Vajra, the wisdom bell is said to be so." Because it is said so. Third, all the dharmas of the perfect Buddha are said to be the nature of the three purities, and one should practice this as a profound instruction. The tenth is: Always having compassion for the wicked, practicing this is the tenth. This also has three aspects as before: First, abusing one's own or the local Vajra master, or causing harm to the entire Buddhist teachings, or causing harm to many sentient beings, or slandering the Three Jewels, or in addition to that, for those who commit extremely serious actions such as the five heinous crimes, showing love with body and speech like treating one's own close friends, and if one has the ability to save them but does not save them, or if one does not have the ability to save them but does not pray to others, then this is what is meant here by having compassion for the wicked, which will become a root downfall. Second, at the time of proclaiming the vows of empowerment, "Do not have compassion for the wicked." etc., because it is said so. Third, just as one's beloved son engages in evil deeds, one makes him engage in good deeds by means of whipping, etc. Similarly, for sentient beings with such suffering, for those who have gone astray, one makes them walk on the right path by means of saving them with compassion, etc. The eleventh is: If one makes distinctions regarding dharmas that are free from names, etc., that is the eleventh. This also has three aspects as before: First, all dharmas are free from names and characteristics, and if one clings to this, it will become a root downfall. The Blessed One said that all dharmas are free from the four extremes of elaboration, after negating the first extreme, the second extreme

In order to avoid future clinging and falling into transgression. The second is: "The limit of Dharma-nature should not be grasped." And, "The Bodhichitta is Vajra, the wisdom bell is thus spoken." Therefore. The third is: All dharmas, in the ultimate truth, are free from the four extremes of elaboration, and in the conventional truth, one should learn through the way of interdependent origination like an illusion. The twelfth is: "Causing sentient beings with faith, to become disheartened is the twelfth." That is to say, this also has three points as before. The first is: If one criticizes any of the Three Jewels, the objects of faith of a sentient being who has faith in the Three Jewels, and destroys and prevents faith in that object, then one will fall into the transgression mentioned here. The second is: At the time of proclaiming vows, "Sentient beings with fortune should not be abandoned." Therefore. The third is: Just as one leads one's own young son who has entered into bad deeds into good deeds, one should teach sentient beings who do not have faith in the Three Jewels to develop faith, and for those who have faith, to increase it further and further. The thirteenth is: "The substance of the vow is as it is, not relying on it is the thirteenth." That is to say, this also has three points as before. The first is: After the offerings of the feast assembly, which are the substances of the vow of eating, have been blessed as they are, if one refuses to eat them because of impurity, or if one does not eat them because of fear of the fault of afternoon food, or if one does not eat them with a hypocritical attitude, then one will fall into a root transgression. The second is: "Vows should always be upheld." Therefore. The third is: One should learn by thinking of the offerings spoken of by the Fully Awakened One as the substances of the vow of eating, and by visualizing one's own body as a deity and offering to the deity. The fourteenth is: "The wisdom nature of women, to slander them is the fourteenth." That is to say, this also has three points as before. The first is: If one says to any woman, "This is an impure vessel, full of deceit," separating her from men, and denigrating her through the basis of the female organ, then one will fall into a root transgression. The second is: "The Bodhichitta is Vajra, the wisdom bell is thus spoken." When saying this, the meaning is Prajnaparamita, selflessness, and
