Generating certainty in the experience of purity, thereby arousing joy in mantra, and swiftly initiating diligence on the path of mantra through pure appearances, this is the meaning of establishing a foundation. The response clearly states: "Merely this does not satisfy wisdom, one aspires to vast and profound practices. If one desires to quickly attain the Great Vajradhara, then one should bestow upon him the vehicle of mantra." Just as it is said. So, how are these contents elucidated through this treatise? Firstly, regarding impure appearances, "towards sentient beings" implies reliance on the faults of samsara. Sentient beings are those encompassed by the six realms, and upon examining them, they cannot transcend the nature of the three sufferings. "Towards afflictions" indicates the rarity of obtaining leisure and endowment. All actions instigated by the three poisons of affliction generate lower realms, therefore actions not instigated by them are difficult to obtain, and their result is the rarity of obtaining leisure and endowment. If these afflictions are attributed to ignorance as the condition of formation, then the actions arising from that condition are mostly unwholesome, which can be connected in this way. Even if wholesome actions exist, they are difficult to obtain. The term "impure appearances" indicates faith in karma and its results. Among these, there are two types: illusory appearances and karmic appearances. Illusory appearances are established through differences in power, enjoyment, pleasure, and pain, thus they are proven to arise from differences in karma. Karmic appearances refer to different perceptions on the same basis, which are proven to arise from the accumulation of different karmas. Thus, once faith in karma and its results arises, and one desires to abandon the ten non-virtues and cultivate the ten virtues, bestowing any of the seven vows of individual liberation will fulfill the means of abandoning the ten non-virtues and cultivating the ten virtues, as previously explained. Because the faults of samsara are known beforehand, it will become the vow of individual liberation, and there is no opportunity for it to become fear-protection and good wishes. If these treatises are regarded as completely elucidating the path and its result, then both taming one's own mind-stream with individual liberation and the bodhisattva vow will also appear in the chapter on "Yogis," and not here. Second, experience

Regarding the appearance of earth, the common yogi cultivates the common experience arising again and again in the continuum, and the uncommon yogi cultivates the definite understanding of the arising experience. Among these two, first is the common yogi, combined with the common samadhi and the appearance of common experience. The common yogi is the practitioner of the Mahayana Paramita path. The common samadhi is the three: loving-kindness, compassion, and bodhicitta. The appearance of common experience is the arising of these respective experiences in the continuum. Here, loving-kindness and compassion precede, and the bodhisattva vow is taken through any ritual. After that, it is also possible to cultivate the aspiring and engaging bodhicitta, or the object of the aspiring and engaging bodhicitta precedes, and then the vow is taken. Ultimate bodhicitta is only a preliminary for entering the mantra path, and it is okay not to cultivate it here. If all the view and conduct of the Paramitas are taken as preliminaries for the mantra path, then it must be cultivated here. Second, relying on the meaning of the phrase "appearance of experience," it can be inferred that it is not just the experience of loving-kindness, compassion, and bodhicitta arising in the continuum, but that there is a special appearance of experience. Even when these experiences arise in the continuum, the nature of the appearance itself does not go beyond the previous deluded appearance. Therefore, when seeking what that special appearance of experience is, the yogi cultivates the generation and completion stage path, and an inconceivable appearance of experience arises. If summarized, it is summarized into fifteen as previously mentioned. When the lama teaches, the mind arises that is not satisfied with just the Paramita path, but wants to enter the path with the profound mantra. Third is the pure appearance, such as "Sugata" etc. The way the scriptures teach is the same as before, here it is not just determining the fruit to be obtained, but generating joy in the fruit, and generating diligence in the mantra path in order to quickly obtain it. Fourth, in general, in terms of the types of individuals, there are those who have not entered the Dharma in this life and those who have entered the Dharma. For those who have not entered the Dharma,
