One should believe in the five essential Yoginis. On the back of the hand, one should clearly visualize the three wheels. If it is related to external offerings, then afterwards, one should visualize the image of the external mandala. Having completed everything in this way, one should also believe that everything is the indivisible essence of the three messengers. Then, with their respective mantras, one should make offerings with flowers, etc., reciting "Om Ha Na Ma Ha Hi Svaha Hum. Bo Sha Ta He Hum Hum Ho Phat Ham," thereby offering to Vajrasattva, etc., on the fingers. Reciting "Om Bam Hum Yom Hrim Mom Hrim Hrim Hum Hum Phat Phat," one should offer to Vajravarahi, etc., in the palms of the hands. For the remaining ones, as explained in the context of external offerings, one should first offer them separately in detail, or one should offer everything with the root mantra, the heart mantra, and the near-heart mantras. Among them, the first is with flowers. Then there are the four, such as incense. Then it is with melting substances. Finally, it is with offerings of ball-shaped substances. Praise with any of them. To compensate for omissions and deficiencies in the ritual, recite the Hundred Syllable Mantra, and pray for the purpose of blessing the wheel. Half is placed in another container, and half is mixed with the tsaru and eaten. Then, again, take the substance adhering to the palm of the hand with the index finger of the right hand, and recite "Hum Ah Om" while applying it to the heart, throat, and crown of the head. Then, again, sprinkle wine on the hands, reciting "Om Ah Hum," rub them together, apply it all over the body, and integrate the deity's wheel into oneself. Also recite the mantra. Then, with completely purified food, one should enjoy it by universally consuming it with the left hand in the manner of an internal fire offering. This is the elaborate performance of the hand offering ritual. As it is said, one should practice it. Having made the hand offering in this way, one should act as if offerings and the essence of the elements are arising from elsewhere. Then, one should believe that one's body is the external Heruka, and that the mandala of the body is the mandala of the sixty-two deities, and especially that the fire blazes upwards from the navel to the heart, the fire of the heart.

In the center, visualize the Blessed One Heruka, either as the father and mother deities, or as thirteen deities, or as the complete mandala wheel, whichever is clear. The mouth is the hearth for fire offerings, the body is the mandala of the deities, the hand is the spoon, and the food is visualized as the substance to be burned. With the intention of offering to the deities, first partake with the left hand. Although not always done with the left hand, because the left hand is used for everything, take the first bite with the left hand and then partake as you please. During the yoga of food, transform the mantras that are the support for the four activities, and the color of the face of Heruka in the heart, into peaceful white, and so on. It is said that if you make offerings of food in this way, whichever of the four activities you focus on will be accomplished. After the food, satisfy the bhutas with the leftover torma, and in accordance with the aftermath of the fire offering, remember selflessness and rest a little. Thus, the practice of stabilizing the two stages is found in both the conduct of yoginis and the treatises of masters. After remembering purity, a slight discussion arises, and if it is discussed, there are two types of conduct: conduct for one's own benefit and conduct for the benefit of others. The first is the conduct with signs that stabilizes the generation stage, and the conduct without signs that stabilizes the completion stage. The first, if practiced with abundance, slightly stabilizes the generation stage, and thus a three-tiered assembly hall is built. Inside the inner hall, masks of the sixty-two deities are placed, along with sixty-two heroes and heroines who hold pride, arranged in the form of a mandala, and all are meditated upon in one way to realize enlightenment. In the second stage, place as many holders of Vajra pride as appropriate, prepare the food for the assembly wheel, and during the breaks between sessions, hold a feast of the assembly wheel for those who reside inside and outside. In the third stage, place sixteen yoginis who sing, dance, and so on, holding pride and possessing the intention of offering to the mandala. In this way, perform the assembly wheel in four or six sessions, or practice for years or months, and then generate
