That is, combining the winds and the channels, the four joys swirl and rotate counterclockwise, and focusing on the letters counterclockwise, recite them seven times in your mind. This mental recitation is the complete stage with characteristics, so warmth and bliss arise, and throbbing and movement occur intensely. If that happens, gradually release it. All the signs such as smoke also arise from this. Tenth, the inconceivable yoga is that light radiates from the mantra garland at the navel, filling all three realms with light. Transforming all formless realms into the form of light, the form realm is gathered into the upper part of the body, the intermediate realm into the middle part, and the desire realm into the lower part. Gradually gathering oneself from the upper and lower parts of the body into the source of phenomena, then into the moon, then into the letters, then into the letter BAM (བྃ་), then into the head, then into the lunar phase, then into the bindu, then into the nada, and then becoming finer and finer until imperceptible, release the mind into emptiness and abide in whatever state. If quiescence is more dominant, arise as the deity. If clarity and bliss are more dominant, abide in emptiness. Arising as the deity is to arise as the body of the noble lady without attributes as before. Eleventh, the yoga of conduct is that from then on, when engaging in conduct, visualize oneself and all appearances as the body of Vajrayogini, and at the time of action, the thought of offering to the deity is the joy of the body. That is also like an illusion, and remembering without moving from the state of inconceivability is the joy of the mind. Remembering all sounds as mantras is the joy of speech, that is, doing all actions in the state of the three joys. The eleven yogas have been taught. Second, regarding the practice of tsok offerings on the tenth, twelfth, and other days, there are two ways: a concise method and a more elaborate method if one enjoys elaboration. The first has two parts: preliminary practices and the main practice. The first has four parts: place, time, arrangement of supports, and offerings. First, the place: the room should be cleaned, banners hung, and supports such as painted images should be arranged appropriately. Second, the time: if one wishes to accumulate merit, the tenth day of the waxing moon is special; if one wishes to purify obscurations, the tenth day of the waning moon is special. Or it can be done regularly or at any time one feels inclined. Third, on the mandala, using water ground with red sandalwood, draw the source of phenomena with the left ring finger.
