Possessing purity. Possessing the nature of the three mandalas. Possessing the nature of the three truths. Being the body with seven limbs. The object of focus is that itself. The mudra that increases on the path is also that itself. The object that generates joy in the fruit is also that itself. For example, focusing on the fruit harvest becomes the reason for farming. Obtaining that object of focus is the fruit of farming. Likewise, focusing on the sixth Vajradhara becomes the cause for engaging in practice. Establishing it as the object of focus, its manifestation becomes the fruit. Thus, it is also said in the 'Condensed': 'Liberated from the realm of the three realms,' and so on. Nagarjuna says: 'Vajra indestructible three bodies, I prostrate to the great Vajra.' Chandrakirti says: 'I pay homage to the all-pervading glorious Vajrasattva,' thus the fathers and sons all establish it as the object of veneration. Je Gho says: 'The object of focus is the great Vajradhara.' From what is said, it can be known. The second has three: Making the wisdom of union possible through the preliminary yoga; Generating the wisdom of union through the main yoga; Training diligently in unbiased realization through the subsequent yoga. The first has four: The guidance of the Guru Yoga that generates devotion; The guidance of prostrations and mandalas that complete the accumulation; The guidance of devotional prayers that cause blessings to enter; The guidance of Vajrasattva's visualization and recitation that purifies obscurations. The first, Guru Yoga, generally has three ways: meditating in a crowd, meditating on a high place, and meditating in union. Here, it is said to meditate by integrating the previous Gurus into one. The method is, in a secluded and pleasant meditation room, sit in the lotus position on a comfortable cushion. Take refuge and generate bodhicitta. On the crown of the head of oneself visualized as the deity, on a wide and vast precious throne, spread cushions of various silks, a lotus, a moon, a sun, and a five-pronged blue vajra. On top of the six-layered cushions, one's own root guru is the embodiment of all five Buddha families.

Sixth is the nature of Vajradhara. The form is the Bhagavan Akshobhya Vajradhara, with three faces and six arms. The two feet are in the vajra posture. The main face is blue, wrathful and lustful, with bared fangs. The right face is white, extremely peaceful. The left face is red, with a lustful expression. All three faces have three eyes as wide as lotus petals. The hair is a dark blue topknot, tied on the crown of the head. The first two hands hold a vajra and a bell, embracing his consort, the Touch Vajra Mother. The lower two right hands hold a wheel and a lotus. The lower two left hands hold a jewel and a sword. Adorned with all kinds of jewel ornaments, wearing various silk garments. Contemplate that he has the signs and marks of illusory wisdom. If you cannot contemplate in this way, then contemplate that both the father and mother are single-faced and two-armed, holding a vajra and a bell, (the master) said. On its crown is a white Om (藏文:ཨོཾ,梵文天城体:ओ,梵文罗马拟音:oṃ,汉语字面意思:嗡), at its throat is a red Ah (藏文:ཨཱཿ,梵文天城体:आ,梵文罗马拟音:āḥ,汉语字面意思:阿), and at its heart is a blue Hum (藏文:ཧཱུྃ,梵文天城体:हुं,梵文罗马拟音:hūṃ,汉语字面意思:吽), contemplate that it is the nature of the body, speech, and mind vajra of all the Buddhas of the past, present, and future. From the Hum (藏文:ཧཱུྃ,梵文天城体:हुं,梵文罗马拟音:hūṃ,汉语字面意思:吽) at the heart, rays of light emanate, first inviting your own three-kindness guru, etc. In short, invite all those whom you have met, heard the Dharma from, and received blessings from in all lifetimes, and merge them into it without distinction. Among them, those who come from above are like rain falling, those who come from the side are like a gathering of the Sangha of the Great Dharma Wheel, those who come from below are like the rising of earth vapor, and those who come from the ten directions merge into it like a swarm of bees, contemplate. The same applies to the lower (invitations). Then, starting from the root deity, invite all the deities of the Anuttarayoga, Yoga, Kriya, and Charya Tantras, and merge them into it. Then, invite the Buddha, Dharma, Bodhisattva, as well as monks, novices, laymen, and the Sangha Jewel who abide on the path of the Three Vehicles, and merge them into it. Invite the Dakinis, Dharma protectors, worldly and transmundane beings, and merge them into it. Among them, the past Dharma protectors merge into the feet, and the worldly (Dharma protectors) merge into the seat, this is said from the Four Vajra Seats.
