Acting on the wheel is the tenet of the Buton school. This is a brief summary of the previous views in the context of mantra vows. Tsongkhapa and some later lamas of our own tradition say that the eleventh and twelfth bhumis of the Vajrayana must be condensed into the tenth bhumi of the Paramitayana. Some of our own tradition believe that the three kayas and four wisdoms spoken of in the Paramitayana are the eleventh bhumi of the Vajrayana, so before that, the twelfth and thirteenth bhumis must also be traversed. They want to establish the thirteen bhumis of our own tradition, but some of the arguments are too extreme. This is a brief summary of the previous views in the context of the result, that is, the identification of the previous views of the completion of the three vows has been explained. The Dharmadhatu is also not existent, because whatever exists is pervaded by impermanence, as Dharmakirti has well explained. The answer to whether to directly accept the meaning of this statement is that it should be understood through three points: identifying the meaning of existence in the four schools, examining whether or not it is believed that impermanence pervades these existences, and identifying the meaning of the context. First, in the view of the Vaibhashika school, there are two types of existence: conventional existence and ultimate existence. The first is when destroying or demolishing, the mind that grasps it is abandoned, such as a vase and water that is famous in the world. The second is when destroying or demolishing, the mind that grasps it is not abandoned, such as the five objects of knowledge. In the view of the Sautrantika school, conventional existence is that which cannot function ultimately, that is, universals. Ultimate existence is that which can function ultimately, that is, particulars. In the view of the Cittamatra school, conventional existence is that which, when focused on, gives rise to all afflictions, that is, the imputed and the impure other-powered. Ultimate existence is that which, when focused on, gives rise to purification, that is, the pure other-powered and the perfectly established. In the view of the Madhyamaka school, nothing is accepted as ultimately existent. For conventional existence, there are two types: false conventional existence and correct conventional existence. The first is only an example to prove that correct conventional is not true, it is not an expression of the world. The latter is an expression of the world, it is conventional truth, it is worldly convention.

It also has three names: truth. In short, it is the dharmas that are the basis of emptiness of the twenty emptinesses. In summary, it can be summarized as the two: dharma and pudgala. Second, do these four philosophical schools believe that all existing things in their respective tenets are universally impermanent? If asked whether they think so, then all three schools that advocate the existence of things believe that things that exist in the conventional truth only exist in the face of an unexamined consciousness. Therefore, whether existence is universally impermanent is not the basis for investigation, so it is necessary to investigate things that exist in the ultimate truth. In this regard, the Vaibhashika school does not believe that things that exist in the ultimate truth are universally impermanent, because they believe that the unconditioned nature exists in the ultimate truth. The Sutra school believes that if it exists in the ultimate truth, it is universally impermanent, because the meaning of existing in the ultimate truth is being able to produce one's own result. If the permanent dharma can produce its own result, then all results will be produced simultaneously. In the Commentary on Valid Cognition, it says: "Destruction is only related, because of its nature, sound is impermanent." And so on, it also said five reasons why mere existence is universally impermanent, which is also in this regard. The Mind-Only school does not believe that things that exist in the ultimate truth are universally impermanent, because the dharmadhatu exists in the ultimate truth. The Madhyamaka school does not believe that things that exist in the false conventional truth are universally impermanent, nor does it believe that things that exist in the true conventional truth are universally impermanent, because they believe that all dharmas that are the basis of emptiness exist in the true conventional truth. Because it does not recognize existence in the ultimate truth, it is not the basis for investigation. Third, the dharmadhatu is also not existent, etc. If you want to know which school's point of view these statements are based on, then this is based on the Madhyamaka school's point of view, because this is when explaining one's own tenets in the Three Vows. So, if according to that tenet, things that exist in the ultimate truth are not the basis for investigation, and things that exist in the conventional truth are not universally impermanent, as mentioned above, then what should be done now? If it is considered that the dharmadhatu, all the good roots of all beings, the good roots in the context of "all", then, if it exists, there are three situations: like the dharmas that are the basis of emptiness of things, existence is established on things; like the dharmas that are the basis of emptiness of non-things, existence is established on non-things.
