It is the object to be expressed, because of that characteristic. Secondly, Shakyamuni Buddha, is the object to be expressed, because of that characteristic. Thirdly, omniscience, is not the object to be expressed, because that characteristic is not reasonable, that is, it is neither the path nor the reason. The sign has been accepted, and it does not lead to the city of liberation, nor does it act as an antidote to the enemy of ignorance and affliction. The pervasion is accepted. The second is: the characteristics of those four are, respectively: the aggregates included in samsara, which have become the result of any of the self-cause actions and afflictions; the contaminated, which are included in any of the self-fruit suffering truth causes, residing in the category of actions and afflictions; the separate cessation attained by the power of the wisdom that realizes selflessness, having abandoned the objects to be abandoned in its own division; and the wisdom that directly realizes selflessness, together with its concomitants. Third, on the basis of the entity, the impure container world is the basis of the entity of the truth of suffering. In the Compendium it is said: What is the truth of suffering? It should also be understood as the birth of sentient beings and the place of birth. The five contaminated aggregates of appropriation are also the truth of suffering. In the Commentary on Valid Cognition it is said: Suffering is the aggregates of cyclic existence. The realms of the world such as Sukhavati are not the truth of suffering, because they are pure realms of the world that have arisen from the power of the compassion and aspiration of the perfect Buddha. However, the five contaminated aggregates of appropriation of the ordinary beings who dwell there are that, because that person has not abandoned the truth of suffering, and the action that projects that aggregate is a contaminated action. Contaminated action and the two afflictions are the basis of the entity of the truth of origin. In the Compendium it is said: What is the truth of origin? It is action that arises from the power of affliction and affliction. In the Commentary on Valid Cognition it is said: If it is said that it contradicts the explanation of the entity of that craving, there is no fault, because among the two actions and afflictions, affliction is the main one, and among the two cravings and grasping, craving is the main one. The separate selective cessation attained by the power of the wisdom of separate realization, having abandoned the objects to be abandoned, is the basis of the entity of the truth of cessation.

It is. Because the Abhidharmakośa states, "What is individual cessation? It is the separation of individuality." The Compendium states that the cessation of names and the cessation of ultimate meaning are its bases. If you think there is a contradiction, there is no fault, because this is said in terms of not distinguishing between things and analysis. The three paths of the three vehicles—the path of seeing, the path of meditation, and the path of no more learning—are the bases of the truth of the path, because the Compendium states, "What is the truth of the path? It is the path by which one completely knows suffering, abandons the origin, realizes cessation, and cultivates the path. This is a brief summary of the basis of the path." If you think that there is a contradiction with the statement in the same treatise, "There are five paths: the path of accumulation, the path of preparation, the path of seeing, the path of meditation, and the path of consummation," then this is said in terms of the truth of the path and its retinue. Its commentary, the *Son of the Conquerors*, states, "This detailed distinction should also be understood as the case of the truth of the path and its retinue." In the context of "Buddha is Buddha and Bodhi," when analyzing the limits of the Three Jewels, it includes: identifying the nature of the Three Refuges, establishing the Three Refuges as temporary, and establishing the ultimate refuge as one. The first point includes three kinds of assertions: the assertion of the Śrāvakayāna school, the assertion of the common Mahāyāna, and the assertion of the uncommon Mahāyāna. The first is that there is a difference between the Buddha who is the object of refuge and the general Buddha. The former is established only on the truth of the path of no more learning in the Lesser Vehicle, while the latter has both the Dharmakāya and the Rūpakāya. There is a difference between the Dharma that is the object of refuge and the Dharma in general. The former is only the individual cessation of Nirvāṇa, while the latter is also established on the twelve divisions of scripture. Also, there is a difference between the Saṅgha who is the object of refuge and the Saṅgha in general. The former is only the truth of the path of the noble learners and no-more-learners of the Lesser Vehicle, while the latter also includes the four pairs and eight individuals, as the Abhidharmakośa states, "Whoever takes refuge in the three, the Buddha, the Dharma, the Saṅgha, the no-more-learner and the two, and the place of Nirvāṇa." Thus it is said. The second is taking refuge.
