The meaning of saying that one can see the realm of the three thousand great thousands of worlds from two hundred. In the Twenty Thousand Lights Sutra, it says, "That is because it arises from maturation, therefore it is definite in each realm. The realm of the fruit of those who possess the flesh eye is also included in the three thousand great thousands of worlds." The meaning of that is that the common karmic result of the beings of the three thousand worlds does not exceed the three thousand worlds. The flesh eye is the realm of karmic result, therefore the flesh eye of a Bodhisattva cannot see things beyond the three thousand worlds, but it is different from the Buddha. The divine eye refers to the faculty that is encompassed by the ground of meditative concentration, which is written according to the commentary. But here it says that it is the maturation of virtuous actions, therefore the maturation of virtue that is encompassed by the form realm will not mature in the desire realm. From the maturation that is encompassed by the desire realm, a colored faculty that is encompassed by the ground of meditative concentration will not arise, therefore it needs to be carefully studied. I have other views. Third, in the upper and lower Abhidharma, only the six superknowledges are explained, and the five eyes are not mentioned. This is only mentioned in the Perfection of Wisdom Sutra and the Ornament for Clear Realization. The person who is the basis is also only in the Mahayana. First, it starts from the Mahayana path of accumulation; second, it starts from the Mahayana path of preparation; third, only the equipoise of the Mahayana Arya; fourth, only the subsequent attainment of the Mahayana Arya; fifth, the conformer is obtained from the seventh ground, and the one with characteristics is only in the Buddha ground. Maitreya's Uttaratantra says, "How to obtain the five eyes separately according to the order in the ground of accumulation, and in the state of the higher and higher minds, through the distinctions of the supreme and the most supreme, and there are also six superknowledges." In the case of magical powers and divine ears, there are three things: the basis of the six superknowledges, the essence, and the ground. First, the first five superknowledges are the main practice of meditative concentration, and the sixth, according to the Compendium of Topics, is the main practice of the fourth dhyana. According to the Abhidharmakosa, it relies on the eleven grounds from the desire realm to the peak of existence. Compendium

In the Tantras, it is said that the immeasurable ones are manifestly accomplished by relying on the four pure dhyanas. The five immeasurable ones are also known to be manifestly accomplished in the same way. As for the remaining qualities, whether they are of a Hearer, a Bodhisattva, or a Tathagata, they are manifestly accomplished by relying on the fourth dhyana that has reached the ultimate peak. As it is said in the Treasury of Knowledge: "Exhaustion of defilements, supernormal cognition, power, as their power." In the commentary, it says: "Similarly, it should also be known that this is the ground of all." In the Ornament, it says: "Having obtained the extremely pure fourth dhyana." Just as it is said, "The eightfold noble path," it is entering the four dhyanas, not just entering the fourth dhyana alone. In the Tika, it says: The final statement that it relies on the six dhyana grounds is made because the means of knowing the exhaustion of defilements is established as the supernormal cognition of the exhaustion of defilements. Secondly, the characteristics of the six supernormal cognitions, which are the supernormal cognition of magical power, the divine ear, the knowledge of others' minds, the recollection of past lives, the divine eye, and the supernormal cognition of the exhaustion of defilements, are as follows in order: Relying on the actual basis of the self-cause dhyana, the samadhi and wisdom arising from meditation, which cause various magical powers such as earthquakes to be perfectly attained, are accompanied by the same self-cause as before, and the ability to perfectly hear all subtle and coarse sounds of the three thousand worlds, and so on. And the ability to perfectly know others' minds, such as those with attachment, and so on. And the ability to see all subtle and coarse forms of the three thousand worlds, kalpas and non-kalpas, and the samadhi and wisdom arising from meditation, which are accompanied by the ability to recall many previous lives of oneself and others. And relying on the self-cause fourth dhyana, the samadhi and wisdom accompanied by the perfect attainment of the manifest knowledge of the exhaustion of defilements, or if the means of knowing the exhaustion of defilements is established, then relying on any of the six dhyana grounds as the self-cause, the ability to manifestly know either the nature of the exhaustion of defilements or the means of the exhaustion of defilements, and so on. Among these, there are those that are innate, those that arise from karma, those that arise from the power of mantras and medicines, and various ones that arise from meditation, but among them, only the latter are counted as supernormal cognitions. Thirdly, the first five become Buddhas without entering the path of obtaining the actual basis of dhyana.
