It follows. Because of that commitment. If you accept, then it contradicts "divided into three omnisciences." Is the base knowledge of the Buddha's ground conceptual or non-conceptual? If it is the former, it is unreasonable, because it has abandoned the exhaustion of concepts. If it is the latter, then is the non-conceptual a mistaken consciousness? Or is it a non-mistaken consciousness? If it is the former, it is unreasonable, because it has abandoned the exhaustion of the stains of delusion. If it is the latter, then the base knowledge of the continuum of the noble Buddha should be: appearing as the path and form that have become one with the base, because it is a direct perception that enters by establishing on the base. It pervades, because the Commentary on Valid Cognition says: "The nature of the meaning is one essence, the self is direct perception, what is the object of investigation of other valid cognitions?" If you accept, then it follows that you know the path and form that are one with the base, because it appears. Someone says: It is not pervasive, because it appears but is not certain. If you say that, then the sign is not established, because the Buddha does not have a mind that appears to his own object but is not certain, because the Commentary on Valid Cognition says: "Great wisdom, from the very nature of seeing, makes all aspects certain." He made the criticism. Some of them made a rebuttal of the criticism. The noble Buddha should become a Hearer, because he directly realizes the selflessness of the person. If it is not pervasive, if the omniscient knows the base knowledge, then it is said that it pervades the base knowledge. If the wisdom of the noble Buddha is the base knowledge, then it should not necessarily be a Hearer. Secondly, there are three wisdoms in the Buddha's place, because "divided into three omnisciences." And in its commentary it says: "Because the nature of omniscience is the path that is condensed by the three wisdoms, it condenses all the noble beings." Because in the path of learning, relying on the practice of the meaning determined by hearing and thinking, in the state of the path of no learning, the ultimate realization of the three wisdoms is obtained. The nature of the three wisdoms is one, because the wisdom of the noble Bodhisattva is only one nature, and from the point of view of the object, it is divided into two types: base knowledge and path knowledge, and the only wisdom of the Buddha is also divided into three wisdoms from the point of view of the object. Thirdly, some say that in the Buddha's place, things

Therefore, there exists a path for completely understanding things. Because (the scriptures) say, "Mindfulness and other paths that are in accordance with the aspects of enlightenment." The pervasiveness has been accepted as the argument for the above quotation. Furthermore, Omniscience, has the property, is an aspect of the Basis Wisdom, because it is the Basis Wisdom. If accepted, then it should not be, because it is an aspect of Omniscience. If asked: Firstly, if it is the Basis Wisdom, then it should not be encompassed by any of the three wisdoms. If it is mindfulness, then it should not be a path for completely understanding things. Secondly, the thirty-seven factors of enlightenment for Buddhahood, has the property, is not an aspect of the Basis Wisdom, because it is an aspect of Omniscience. Secondly, the affirmation and negation of definitions. Firstly, according to the view of Lotsawa Chenpo, the definitions of Omniscience, Path Wisdom, and Basis Wisdom are respectively: the object is knowledge and all that is to be known, the wisdom that manifestly realizes all characteristics of self and generality; the object is the three paths with their domains, the wisdom that manifestly realizes only the absence of self of phenomena; the object is all four types, the wisdom that manifestly realizes only the absence of self of persons with the characteristics of generality. Then, the thirty-seven factors of enlightenment for Buddhahood, has the property, should be that definition, because it is Omniscience. If accepted, then the Basis Wisdom of Buddhahood should also become the definition of Omniscience. If accepted, then it contradicts the commitment. If the root sign is not established, then it should be that, because the aspect of Omniscience has one hundred and ten. The Path Wisdom of the noble being, has the property, should be that, because it is the Path Wisdom. The Basis Wisdom, has the property, should be that, because it is the Basis Wisdom. If both are accepted, then both, has the property, should manifestly realize the aspect, because that is the acceptance. If accepted, then it contradicts the commitment. The son says: The definitions of these three are respectively: the two ultimate meanings that manifestly realize the unborn; manifestly realizing the three paths as without inherent existence, and without completing the three of maturation, ripening, and purification, not manifesting the correct ultimate, but benefiting others; manifestly realizing the basis as without self, and transforming into a limited abandonment and realization. Then, the resultant Dharmakaya, has the property, should be Omniscience, because it is the definition of that. And so on.
