If it is accepted in the treatise, then it must become a revealer of non-truth. From such treatises spoken of in the Madhyāntavibhāga, what does not reveal truth? Because such treatises spoken of in the Madhyamaka treatises reveal truth. If accepted, then the extensive, intermediate, and concise sutras are dharmas, because they are. If it is not established, because it is. Because the Mind-Only school admits that the Mind-Only view is a revealer. Furthermore, the treatise that says, "Other than the realm of phenomena," etc., is a dharma, and it does not reveal selflessness, because it is a treatise of the Madhyāntavibhāga. The pervasion is accepted. If it is not established, if it is a treatise of the Madhyāntavibhāga, then it must not be another treatise, because it is not established. If accepted, then there is nothing to be eliminated here. The verses that say, "This is empty of birth and death," etc., are dharmas, and they are not treatises of the Uttaratantra, because they are treatises of the Abhisamayālaṃkāra. In the context of "It is empty of birth and death," among the connection of the treatise, the general meaning of the treatise, and the individual proofs, the first is, in the context of showing that there is a contradiction in admitting that defiled dharmas truly exist and that the teacher Buddha has abandoned the two obscurations, in order to show the four yogic grounds, such an admission is a realist, and among them there are three: the two Hearer schools do not realize that all dharmas are without inherent existence, and they think that by merely realizing the selflessness of persons, they abandon all obscurations and attain great enlightenment; and the Mind-Only school does not realize that all dharmas are without inherent existence, and they think that by merely realizing the suchness of the emptiness of the apprehended and the apprehender, they abandon all obscurations and attain great enlightenment, and they prevent these views, and in order to attain great enlightenment, they gradually generate the four yogic grounds, and in order to know that the knowledge obscuration must be abandoned by relying on the yogic ground of realizing freedom from elaboration, they show the four yogic grounds. Second, the definition of the yogic ground, the boundary of the ground, the definite number, and the definite order are four. The first is, two negations and affirmations. The first is, some say that the definitions of the yogic grounds of realizing selflessness, realizing non-apprehension, realizing non-apprehender, and realizing freedom from elaboration are in order, the view of the Sautrāntika school that practices one-pointed meditation after realizing the selflessness of persons, and knowing that the appearance of external objects is not true.

Some say that the view of the Mind-Only school of true phenomena is that the mind is focused solely on realizing the absence of reality; because if there is no object to be grasped, there is no grasper, so having the knowledge of the emptiness of both grasper and grasped that exists correctly is the view of the Mind-Only school of false phenomena; realizing that all phenomena are free from elaboration in the ultimate truth and like illusions in the conventional truth, and practicing meditation, this is the view of the Madhyamaka school. If so, then these four yogic grounds are not the wisdom that realizes the view of the Madhyamaka school, because the first three grounds are the views of the realists. This cannot be accepted, because Dharmamitra said, "Because it is empty of arising and ceasing," etc., contemplating the order of meditating on the meaning of great compassion, this is clear from the treatises of the Madhyamaka school, so I will not consider it here. Furthermore, the four yogic grounds taught here are not taught in order to prevent the method of attaining great Bodhi according to the system of realists, because the reason is as before. This cannot be accepted, because Serlingpa said, "When showing that it is not a method for the internal heretics to attain Bodhi, showing that there is no going in all things is just what Bodhi is like, the oral instructions of the Guru are briefly shown, through the door of entry, what is thrown by the force of the meaning not spoken from the verses will be shown," etc. Furthermore, if someone is newly entering the Mahayana path, then first one must generate the view of the realists in their continuum, because if that is the case, then one must generate the four yogic grounds in sequence, because the first three are the views of the realists. If accepted, then there would be no Bodhisattva on the accumulation path who generates the view of the Madhyamaka school in their continuum from the beginning. Some say in sequence: the yoga of realizing the selflessness of the person of the aggregates, the yoga of realizing that there is no external object to be grasped, the yoga of realizing that the knowledge that grasps the external object is not mistaken, and the yoga of realizing the selflessness of all phenomena. For the first, the yoga of realizing the selflessness of the person in the continuum of a person who has not entered the path, is the subject, is the designator, because it is that characteristic. If it is not established, then it is that, it is like that.
