Lo. Furthermore, since the realizations symbolizing omniscient wisdom have been explained, does the doubt arise whether all these realizations arise simultaneously only as accumulation and joining? Is this doubt eliminated or not? If it is eliminated, then after explaining these, it is impossible for that doubt to arise, because they have eliminated that doubt. If you assert, then such a doubt should not have arisen after composing the Ornament, because that is what you assert. If it is not eliminated, then in the section symbolizing omniscient wisdom, since the three, joining, seeing, and meditation, have been explained, such a doubt cannot be eliminated, because that is what you promised. This is the actual refutation. What do you think? Furthermore, in the Compendium of Explanations by the teacher, it says, "Here, is it not the nature of the special path, or the explanation of the parts of ascertainment, etc.? What kind of reasoning is this?" Then, that special path should only refer to the three, joining, seeing, and meditation, which are particularly superior to the paths of hearers and solitary realizers. Because in the Meaningful Explanation, it says, "The wisdom encompassed by the special path in all ways," the special path there should refer to that. If you assert, then in the Compendium of Explanations, as an answer to the previous question, "The eighth ground is without characteristics and spontaneously accomplished, therefore at those times, in order to avoid severing the continuity of benefiting sentient beings, the aspects such as 'what is a sentient being,' etc., which are like illusions, gradually give rise to the special path of focusing on sentient beings, etc., which are coarse, etc., but not simultaneously," because that has been explained. Therefore, it should be understood that the parts of ascertainment, etc., are designated and explained here. For the later ones, it should be reasoned as possible, that is his intention. Consider whether this contradicts what he said. Furthermore, is it doubted that all the realizations symbolizing omniscient wisdom arise simultaneously only as accumulation and joining? It is impossible for the doubt of only speaking of realizations to arise, because for an opponent with valid cognition, it is impossible for the doubt of whether accumulation and joining arise simultaneously to arise. Similarly, apply this to the realizations symbolizing the wisdom of the path as well. With the sun of discriminating wisdom and the wind, on the mountain slope clarifying the definitive meaning, the darkness of sectarianism arising is impossible, it will not become possible. This is the intermediate verse. The second is, of this text,

In the first six stages, there is no fault of repetition in the sixfold manifestation of the three (wisdoms) of connection, seeing, and cultivation. Because the three (wisdoms) manifested in the stage of the three wisdoms are the nature of those three (wisdoms). The three (wisdoms) manifested from the stage of the first three connections are the imputation of those three (wisdoms). There is also no fault of repetition in the beginning. Because it is manifested separately from the aspect, the path, and the basis, the antidote to realizing the true and unproduced. The so-called "aspect, path, and basis are all distinguished by meditation" and so on have been explained. The three paths of the first three stages are the nature, which is explained by "corresponding to the decisive part of the world, because the realization precedes" and so on. There is also no fault in the latter. In order to prevent the doubt whether the small, medium, and large three wisdoms of the eighth ground arise simultaneously, in the stage of the complete stage, the small, medium, and large three wisdoms of the eighth ground are imputed by the names of the three of connection, seeing, and cultivation. In order to prevent the doubt whether the three wisdoms of the ninth ground arise simultaneously, it is also manifested in the peak practice stage. In order to prevent the doubt whether the three wisdoms of the tenth ground arise simultaneously, it is also manifested in the gradual stage. The so-called "all aspects are completely manifested" and so on have been explained. The three paths of the first three connection stages are imputed, which is explained by "unleaked small, medium, and large" and "decisive parts, etc." The reason for the establishment is explained by "gradual arising" and so on. The necessity of imputation is explained by "in order to prevent simultaneous arising" and so on. The harm to the reality is explained by "included in the path of difference in all aspects." These treatises are only records of the views of previous teachers, not the teacher's own treatises. Because in the Great Commentary it is said: "At the end of these treatises it is written 'of some people'," and at the end of "the discriminations of that kind are" it is said "the previous teachers thought so." Moreover, all the nature of the three paths of the teacher's own school is the nature of the three paths.
