Here, it is necessary to ascertain the four dharmas of the six faculties and to connect them with the meaning of the scriptures, namely, the actual co-location (ས་མཚུངས་དངོས་) and the analysis of the number of co-locations in relation to each ground. First, the support of both the eye and the ear, and the three of faculty and object, are the five grounds from the desire realm to the fourth dhyana. The support of both the nose and the tongue, and the faculty as previously stated, are the five grounds, but the two objects, namely smell and taste, are only the desire realm. The three dharmas of the body are also the five grounds as previously stated. The three consciousnesses of the faculties of the eye, ear, and body are the two grounds of the desire realm and the first dhyana, because there is no conceptualization in the second dhyana and above, so there is no faculty consciousness included in its own ground. The two consciousnesses of the nose and tongue are only the desire realm, and are not even in the first dhyana, because there are no two objects of smell and taste. If it is thought that then the two faculties will also disappear, then in order to make the support beautiful, the Vaibhashikas assert that there are two faculties due to the power of karma. The support of the mind, the body, is the five grounds, while the other three dharmas are the nine grounds from the desire realm to the peak of existence. Second, the body of the higher ground does not manifest the eye of the lower ground, because there is the most excellent eye in its own ground, so there is no need to manifest the inferior eye of the lower ground. This implies that the body of its own ground can manifest the eye of its own ground and the eye of the higher ground, so the eye of the desire realm should be applied as the support of one ground, up to the eye of the fourth dhyana as the support of five grounds. The eye of the lower ground does not see the form of the higher ground, because the inferior object is not excellent. This implies that it can see the form of its own ground and the lower ground, so the eye of the desire realm should see the object of one ground, up to the eye of the fourth dhyana seeing the object of five grounds. The so-called consciousness is also, replacing "the body does not have the eye of the lower ground" with "the eye does not have the consciousness of the higher ground." Just as lion's milk does not stay in a clay pot, the superior consciousness of the higher ground cannot rely on the inferior eye of the lower ground, so in the desire realm and the first dhyana, the consciousness of its own ground relies on the eye of its own ground, while in the second dhyana and above, the eye of the higher ground relies on the lower ground (བསམ་ག

It is necessary to manifest the consciousness of the first dhyana, because it does not rely on the lower eye, and there is no consciousness of the eye in its own realm. However, the higher four dhyanas do not manifest the consciousness of the lower desire realm, because the first dhyana has superiority. The object of the eye consciousness of the first dhyana, the object of its form, is added with the phrase "everything of the lower realm," when relying on the eye of the first dhyana, one can see the desire realm, and when seeing the form of the first dhyana, when relying on the eye of the fourth dhyana, one can see all the forms of the five realms. If it is thought that the inferior object is not superior, is this also the same? If asked, just as a person with little strength becomes strong by relying on the king, it is because of relying on the superior eye of the higher realm. The supporting body is also the object of all objects and supports of both the object form and consciousness. If relying on the body of the five realms, one can see all the forms of the five realms, and consciousness is that the body of the desire realm relies on both the desire realm and the first dhyana, while the body of the fourth dhyana only relies on the consciousness of the first dhyana. The four dharmas of the ear are the same realm, just as it was said for the eye. For the body, there is no lower ear, the ear cannot hear the sound of the higher realm, and consciousness is also that sound, for the body, both are everything. It should be combined as it is. The nose, tongue, and body, because they grasp after touching the object, have intervals, and there is no direct consciousness that takes the distant as its object, therefore the support, the sense faculty, the object, and consciousness are all of their own realm. If it is thought that the support and the sense faculty also exist in the higher realm, is it not so? If it is thought that relying on that support, when the colored sense faculty with support grasps the object, all four are of the same realm, this is the meaning, so there is no fault. Is everything like this? If asked, the special exception is that when born in the higher three dhyanas, when touching the touchable, the consciousness of the body will manifest the body consciousness of the lower first dhyana, and when touching the touchable of the desire realm and the first dhyana, it will manifest the consciousness of its own realm, therefore this consciousness also has different realms. The four dharmas of the mind, in the support of the desire realm, there are nine arising from the consciousness of the desire realm to the consciousness of the peak of existence, in the support of the first dhyana, there is the consciousness of the first dhyana.
