Sound actually enters by excluding contradictions, even though there is actually no sound of "bottle" after excluding the form of non-bottle. However, the meaning understood from that matter relies on excluding the form of non-bottle. Because after hearing the sound of "bottle," the conceptualization of holding a bottle immediately arises, and the conceptualization of holding a pillar, etc., does not arise. Considering this, (it is said in the scripture): "Sound is also not two, because they do not exist mutually." The second (part) has three (aspects): the form of other-exclusion, its detailed classification, and determining all the key points on one basis. The first (part) has two aspects: the way the object exists and the way the mind holds it. First, the object of other-exclusion is the expressing sound and the conceptualization. The actual object of these two is not a thing, and the object of attachment is the self-character. Things like "made" and "impermanent" that have no difference in meaning all exist in one (whole). Pillars, bottles, etc., which are different substances in meaning, exist without being mixed with others. Because the self-character that becomes the object of attachment of this (other-exclusion) and the self-character that becomes the object of manifestation of direct perception have no difference in meaning. To this, the Vaisheshikas and others say: "The made is the established reason for proving that sound is impermanent, it is the reason for establishing the unestablished, because the made and the impermanent are not different in meaning. The impermanent dharma does not follow after the bottle, because it exists in one (whole) without being different from sound." If you say that, then in order to answer it, you must understand the way the mind enters. Second, explaining the way the mind holds. Generally speaking, the way the conceptual mind holds has four types: holding different things as one, holding one thing as different, holding different things as different, and holding one thing as one. The latter two are easy to understand, and the first two are explained. The conceptualization of holding different things as one has three aspects: the cause of imputation, the form of the imputing mind, and the necessity of imputation. The first is that in the mind of other-exclusion, the appearances of trees all have branches and leaves, having the same characteristics; the appearances of fire all have the same result of burning. Therefore, it is imputed as "This is a tree," "This is fire." Therefore, (it is said in the scripture): "Therefore, from what and what, the opposite is the class difference of its cause and condition." The second is that in the face of other-exclusion, having the same characteristics

Due to the power of beginningless habitual imprints, conceptual thought grasps all objects as one. Because, relying on separate entities, the mind that appears as one will obscure their respective self-natures. As it is said. Third, it is for the sake of simultaneously understanding the distinct appearances of objects and times that affirmation and negation are performed. For example, when saying "no tree," it is understood that all appearances of trees do not exist; when saying "there is any appearance of a tree," it is understood that there is a tree. Considering this, it is said, "Some are for the sake of simultaneously understanding all." The second aspect is also divided into three parts as before. First, the three terms "sound," "produced," and "impermanent" in terms of sound, although one in meaning, have a reason to distinguish their negations. Because sound exists in meaning as distinct from those three. Because, as it is said, "All things by their own nature." Second, the three, sound, produced, and impermanent, are spoken of separately by the expressing sound, and appear as separate in conceptual thought; similarly, conceptual thought itself also clings to the separateness in meaning. Therefore, as it is said, "What difference is the dharma?" Third, it is necessary for conceptual thought to distinguish the negations of sound, produced, and impermanent separately. After distinguishing them in this way, in the face of conceptual thought, the three, subject, property, and reason, are combined separately, and therefore it will be understood that sound is impermanent. As in "The establishment of dharma and the subject" to "Made by the wise for the sake of entering the ultimate meaning." And "By the difference of that, the changing conceptual thoughts are well distinguished." As it is said. If you understand this key point, then there will be no place for doubt as to whether the subject, property, and reason mentioned in the past are self-characterized or not. Second, the detailed division of it is divided into two: the division itself and the individual establishments. First, dividing from the perspective of the basis, there are two types: "other-exclusion of existence" and "other-exclusion of non-existence," or "other-exclusion of entity" and "other-exclusion of non-entity." Each of these is also divided into two from the perspective of object-possessor, sound, and conceptual thought, namely "other-exclusion of sound of existence" and "other-exclusion of mind of existence," and "other-exclusion of sound of non-existence" and "other-exclusion of mind of non-existence." Similarly, the other-exclusion of entity and non-entity
