Oṃ. First: Yaṃ (藏文, Devanagari, Romanized Sanskrit, Literal Meaning). Things like abiding, the pervasion by which you establish that the state of the world is made by Īśvara is uncertain, because that Īśvara is not you. The sign is accepted. The second has two: refuting by examining the meaning of shape, and refuting by examining the name of shape. First: Bhiṃ (藏文, Devanagari, Romanized Sanskrit, Literal Meaning). That shape that follows the presence or absence of the agent's person, is a thing, you are not a reason for establishing that the state of the world etc. is made by a person, because in your sign, the property of the subject of that which is to be established is not established. Thaṃ (藏文, Devanagari, Romanized Sanskrit, Literal Meaning). That which is the same as the shape made by a person and the mere shape, is a thing, you are not a valid reason for establishing it as such, because your sign does not determine the pervasion of that which is to be established. Just like establishing fire from a blue substance. If it is not established, Deṃ (藏文, Devanagari, Romanized Sanskrit, Literal Meaning). An anthill, is a thing, it should be made by a potter, because it is the same as a clay pot and the transformation of clay. If someone says that this fault of pointing out faults by examining the differences in placing mere shape as a sign will become a reversal of the same result, then: Sādhyam (藏文, Devanagari, Romanized Sanskrit, Literal Meaning). A thing with shape, is a thing, the reasoning that shows that you cannot be a valid reason for establishing that the state of the world is made by a person by examining your differences is not a reversal of the same result, because you cannot be a reason for establishing that. A thing that is made, is a thing, the reasoning that establishes that the valid reason for establishing that sound is impermanent by examining your differences cannot be a valid reason is a reversal of the same result, because you are a valid sign for establishing that. The second is: If someone says that the meaning of having shape is applied to the sound called shape, then: Riṃga (藏文, Devanagari, Romanized Sanskrit, Literal Meaning). That which is applied to the sound called shape, is a thing, you are not a valid reason for establishing that the state of the world is made by a person, because the mountain that is not made by a person is you. For example, just as from the sign of applying the sound called "cow", it is said that the nine meanings such as speech are horned. A person, is a thing, all your meanings should be accomplished effortlessly, if the sound of your meaning exists, because your meaning is pervaded by existence. The third is: Adiṃ (藏文, Devanagari, Romanized Sanskrit, Literal Meaning). The name and meaning of shape separately

If, after examination, it is considered that the vessel and sentient world are made by humans, then the reason for preventing this view is: the Samkhya school considers that the law of arising and ceasing is pleasurable and without consciousness, and the naked Jains consider that trees that die from peeling are conscious, these are considered correct arguments, but they are refuted. Because if the thing that serves as a reason is not established on the subject of the argument, it cannot become a correct argument. The fourth part is divided into two points: what is mainly established is the nature of the reason, and what is mainly established is the thing itself apart from the name. The first point is: དངཾོས། (Tibetan) If the nature of the thing that serves as a reason is established on the subject of the argument, even if the characteristic is not established, it will not hinder the pervasion from being established. For example, the attribute of space, "being made," is not established on sound, but through the reason of "being made," it can be established that sound is impermanent. The second point is: སྒྲ།ཾ (Tibetan) Even if the name of the reason is not established on the subject of the argument, if the thing itself is established on the subject of the argument for both the debater and the opponent, then the pervasion will be established. For example, when Buddhists, in front of the Vaisheshika school, try to prove that the subtle particles of the four great elements are impermanent, when sentient beings are presented, it becomes the reason for proving this point. དེཾ། (Tibetan) If the thing that serves as a reason is confused with the dharma to be proven, etc., it cannot become a correct argument. Because it is necessary to prove the thing to be proven through the thing that serves as a reason. འགྲོཾ། (Tibetan) For example, in order to prove that a white antelope has horns, "walking" is presented as a reason; or in order to prove that the earth-protecting elephant has hands, "having hands" is presented as a reason. Walking and having hands, as dharmas, are not correct reasons for proving them. Because if they exist, it does not necessarily mean that they have horns or are elephants. They need to be considered separately. Fourth, there are four points to refute the function of self-nature: one is that cause and non-cause are contradictory, two is that even if there is no difference, it should not be a cause, three is that without subsequent production, it should not be a cause, and four is to abandon the uncertainty of the previous argument. The first point is: ཇིཾ། (Tibetan) Ishvara, as a dharma, even when it does not produce sprouts, should be the cause of sprouts, because it is the permanent dharma that is the cause of sprouts. གངཾ་། (Tibetan) It, as a dharma, even when it produces sprouts, should not be the cause of sprouts, because even when it produces sprouts, it is no different from the self-nature that does not produce sprouts. མཚོཾན། (Tibetan) This is pervasive. Otherwise, tree stumps would also grow black scars and would become the cause of decay.
