Since it possesses the nature of peace and happiness, it is non-harming; since it has objects such as impermanence, it enters into the correct meaning; since practice has reached the ultimate, for the mind that has become the nature of realizing selflessness, the dharma is, because some inverted thoughts generate faults, even if one tries, it cannot be reversed, because the mind itself is the path, the holder of the side of realizing selflessness, that is, it becomes natural. There are three in the third: merely different ways of holding are not antidotes; merely suppressing one side is not an antidote; therefore, it shows the antidote that completely eradicates everything. The first is: if seeing selflessness is contrary to self-grasping and the object, so it becomes the antidote to self-grasping, then are attachment and hatred also contrary to the object, so do they also become antidotes to each other? Answer: Attachment and anger, the dharma is, even if the ways of holding are different, they are not mutually harmful, because they arise from the same cause of grasping at self, and they also become things of cause and effect to each other. The second is: Isn't it said that the antidote to hatred is love, and the antidote to attachment is contemplating ugliness, etc.? Why is it only said that realizing selflessness is the antidote? Answer: Love, etc., which focuses on sentient beings, the dharma is, it does not completely cut off faults, that is, eradicate from the root, because it is not contrary to ignorance and the way of holding, so it does not harm it. It is pervasive, because the root of all faults is ignorance. The previous reason is established, because the root of faults, ignorance, is also the view of the perishable collection, and it is not contrary to its way of holding. The Vaibhashikas and others say that the view of the perishable is a wrong conception of meaning, and ignorance is merely the prevention of knowledge, so those should not become one. If so, ignorance, the dharma is, thinking that ignorance is merely the prevention of knowledge other than the view of the perishable, is unreasonable, because knowledge, wisdom, and the object focus on the same object, and have the aspect of entering into an inverted state. That is also, ignorance, the dharma is, focuses on the object of wisdom, and is the aspect of taking an aspect contrary to that aspect, because wisdom is the opposite of correct wisdom, that is, it is what is harmed, and in general, if it is a mental event
