Therefore, efforts are made to establish "I" nominally. The crucial point is this: Except for those who are revered by the majority, all three realists of our own school believe that "I," "Purusha," "sentient beings," and "individuals" do not exist in reality, so bondage and liberation are not reasonable in reality. However, the aggregates exist in reality, so bondage and liberation are reasonable in reality. Nominally, "I" is the one who performs bondage and liberation, because when the aggregates suffer, I cling to it as my suffering, and when the aggregates are liberated from suffering, I cling to it as my liberation. Those who are revered by the majority and the outsiders believe that "I" exists in reality, so bondage and liberation are reasonable in reality. Separating the aggregates and "I" into two categories of existence and non-existence in reality, and nominally establishing "I" as the one who performs कार्य (藏文,梵文天城体:कार्य,梵文罗马音:kārya,汉语字面意思:action) and experiences the results when the aggregates perform कार्य (藏文,梵文天城体:कार्य,梵文罗马音:kārya,汉语字面意思:action) and experience the results, is a necessary component in many situations. The third part is divided into two points: abandoning the absence of dwelling for those who are free from attachment, and abandoning the absence of rebirth in the first noble path. The first part is divided into three points: explaining the two reasons for the dwelling of those who are free from attachment, refuting the dispute over the meaning of the reason, and refuting the dispute over the meaning of the dwelling. The first point is: if those who have attachment to "I" dwell in samsara because of the power of craving, then how do those who are free from attachment dwell in samsara? A person who is free from attachment, having the nature of dharma, you temporarily have a reason to dwell in samsara, because you have two situations: a Mahayana noble one dwells in samsara because of great compassion, or a Hinayana Arhat dwells in samsara because of the power of past karma, because it is believed that the past karma has already thrown away the aggregates of this life, so it cannot be reversed temporarily. As it is also said in the "Chapter of Meaningful Words": One should not rejoice in death, nor should one rejoice in life. Like a tamed ox, I wait for the time. The second part is divided into two points: refuting the dispute over the meaning of karma, and refuting the dispute over the meaning of compassion. The first point is: if a person who is free from attachment dwells in samsara because of karma, then will his karma also connect the continuum in other existences? The karma of the continuum of a person who is free from attachment, who has completely transcended the craving for existence, having the nature of dharma, cannot throw away other rebirths, because the co-occurring conditions, ignorance and craving, have both been extinguished.

It is so. Secondly, the one free from attachment, it follows that he has the view of sentient beings, because he has compassion. If asked: The one who knows the impermanence, suffering, emptiness, and selflessness of the truth of suffering, and who gives rise to compassion in manifest form, it follows that this is not the view of self that is connected with sentient beings and in accordance with them, because there are no opposing factors such as hatred, and the favorable condition is the practice of previous compassion, because it is the nature of the object of the mind that follows. Again, the one free from attachment, it follows that he becomes attached, because he has compassion. If asked: The compassion of the one free from attachment, it follows that it is not attachment, because there is no imputation of the inverted aspect on the object, but only the knowledge of the stream of suffering of others, because you will be born from this. It pervades, because attachment arises from the imputation of permanence, happiness, self, and self-ownership on the aggregates of phenomena that are not of the nature of permanence, happiness, self, and self-ownership, which are other than the nature of that object. Again, the one free from attachment, it follows that if harm is done to the object of compassion, anger will arise, because he has compassion. If asked: The one free from attachment, it follows that the proximate cause, that is, anger arises from harming the object of compassion, because ignorance is the root of faults such as hatred, and that is also the grasping of sentient beings, because it is absent. Therefore, the compassion of the one free from attachment, it follows that it is considered to be without the fault of hatred, because it does not arise from the cause of ignorance. The third has two, refuting the dispute over the place of dwelling by karma, and refuting the dispute over the place of dwelling by compassion. The first is, if the one free from attachment has a body thrown by karma, then it follows that he will not be liberated from samsara. If asked: The one free from attachment who dwells by karma, it follows that he is not liberated from samsara, because the power of the previous karma that manifests the aggregates of this life has been exhausted, so that body has ceased, and because there is no craving, he does not connect with the continuation of another existence. Whatever one free from attachment dwells in samsara, it follows that even if the power of the karma of action has not been exhausted, he is not bound by samsara, because it is the very nature of being without the faults of samsara. The second is, again, if asked: Why does the one free from attachment not dwell for a long time for the benefit of sentient beings with compassion? Like the Hearers and Solitary Realizers, it follows that they dwell for a long time for the benefit of sentient beings.
