The left hand holds a lotus, free from the faults of samsara. The two feet stand evenly for the benefit of beings. Possessing six precious ornaments, fulfilling the six perfections. Commander of the demon army, Rakshasa of wrathful form, Possessing power, might, ferocity, swiftness, and strength, Diligent in protecting the teachings and nurturing yogis, I praise you, Great Black One. Great Mother Demon, male and female corpses, etc., Cutting off harm, bestowing benefit, fierce retinue accomplishing deeds, Together with hundreds of thousands of millions of obedient ones, I praise you, together with the Dharma-protecting retinue. Subduing appearance and existence, in the presence of Karma Pakshi, As you vowed and promised to accomplish activities, For the future Buddhas to attain enlightenment and spread the teachings, I praise you, Upasaka Dorje Gyal. To all those worthy of praise, As numerous as all the atoms in the realms, With bodies prostrated in every way, With supreme faith, I offer praise. This is the time to offer the great glorious Black One, Or to be particularly attached to yogis, Or when the Vajra Master descends, Or to avert curses, plagues, wars, and so on, Or to pray at the time of vow degradation and fulfillment, Therefore, in a pleasant place, Gather all the supports, offerings, accomplishments, and fulfillments, Make a throne of mixed fine earth and jewels, Smear it with various bloods and incense, On top of that, place the food offering, with the end pointing upwards as if piercing the heart, Surround it with ten similar offerings, On top of that, erect the mandala of the two Mahakalas and the protectors of the ten directions, Write the three secret mantras of protection and repulsion for the Mamos and the Eight Classes, And various sights such as silk and the forms of yaks, sheep, and black birds.
