由业力所生的誓言者大海的军队，如云般密集，如风般狂暴，如火般燃烧，如水般沸腾，如暴风雪般猛烈，如冰雹般凝聚。特别是金刚的护法十二阎摩，四大天王，七十荣耀怙主，清净之部，龙族，夜叉等八部众的军队，无数亿万大海所围绕，不可思议，不可言说。一切都愤怒而凶猛，盔甲坚固，武器锋利，坐骑迅速，颜色、头饰和装饰品多种多样。所有右边都挥舞着由弯刀所化的工匠，所有左边都从颅血中降下疾病之雨。哈哈，吽吽。叫喊和威吓的笑声喧嚣，追逐血肉，辨别善恶，精勤于守护佛陀的教法，以听从大吉祥者的命令和侍立的姿态而住。外面的大尸陀林环境中，骷髅、食肉鬼、食肉者、门巴、僵尸、生灵的军队舞蹈并剧烈咆哮，享用内脏和肢体的集合，降下疾病、武器、凶兆、妖魔的雨，从而断绝教法仇敌的地狱之路。北方夜叉众（112）化现为铁鹰、大鹏、秃鹫等食肉飞禽的军队，吞食仇敌的血肉。南方阎罗众化现为虎、豹、熊、罴等猛兽嗜血的形象，空中和地面遍布着饮用仇敌鲜血的军队，精勤于断绝所瞄准之人的命脉。其外面的下方是地之坛城，以及须弥山的山面和内部，是天神、魔、夜叉、乾闼婆、星宿、星辰、母神等恐怖的住所。居住于其中的各自的君主、大臣、奴仆、军队的集合，与无数亿万眷属一同安住。整个虚空遍布着骑乘魔鸟秃鹫和铁鹰的使者的军队，每一队都有六百万亿之众。

The army of the oath-bound sea born from karma, dense like clouds, violent like wind, burning like fire, boiling like water, fierce like a blizzard, and condensed like hail. Especially the twelve Yamas, protectors of the Vajra teachings (111), the four great kings, the seventy glorious protectors, the pure ones, the nagas, the yakshas, and other armies of the eight classes, surrounded by countless billions of oceans, inconceivable and inexpressible. All are wrathful and fierce, with solid armor, sharp weapons, swift mounts, and diverse colors, headdresses, and ornaments. All on the right wield artisans transformed from curved knives, and all on the left rain down diseases from skull blood. Haha, Hum Hum. Shouts and terrifying laughter roar, chasing after flesh and blood, distinguishing between good and evil, diligently protecting the Buddha's teachings, and abiding in the manner of listening to the commands of the Great Glorious One and standing by. In the outer great charnel ground environment, skeletons, flesh-eating ghosts, flesh-eaters, Monpas, zombies, and armies of beings dance and roar violently, enjoying the collection of entrails and limbs, raining down diseases, weapons, omens, and demonic companions, thereby severing the hell path of the enemies of the teachings. The northern yaksha hosts (112) transform into armies of carnivorous birds such as iron eagles, garudas, vultures, etc., devouring the flesh of enemies. The southern Yama hosts transform into blood-drinking forms of beasts such as tigers, leopards, bears, and grizzlies, with armies drinking the blood of enemies pervading the sky and the earth, diligently severing the life force of those they target. Outside of that, below is the mandala of the earth, and the surface and interior of Mount Meru, terrifying abodes of gods, demons, yakshas, gandharvas, constellations, stars, matrikas, etc. Residing within them are their respective rulers, ministers, servants, and armies, dwelling with countless billions of retinues. The entire sky is filled with armies of messengers riding demon birds, vultures, and iron eagles, each team numbering six million billion.

The assembly of retinues is as dense as clouds. The base of Mount Meru rests on the ocean of blood, with the retinue of nagas riding turtles, crocodiles, mules, horses, and jackals, among others. Millions and billions of them swirl like blizzards. At the outer iron fence, the commanders of Yama, each surrounded by hundreds of millions of attendants, ministers, and armies, fill the earth. Outside are the surroundings of Hayagriva, the mandala of fire, and below it, the mandala of wind. With endless suffering of heat and cold, the enemies of the teachings are tormented in the eight great hells, along with their four surrounding hells each, all ruled by kings, ministers, and executioner armies. Beyond all of these is the nature of the mandala of space. The ten great Vajra Wrathful Ones residing in the ten directions of the protective wheel's tent, along with hundreds of millions of armies of deities formed from karma and the world. The main ones of all these are the Heruka couple, listening to their commands, abiding by their vows, and diligently taking the life-breath of the enemies who destroy the teachings. They all possess great power, terrifying forms, emit dreadful roars, are adorned with charnel ground ornaments, and hold various colors, attire, postures, and implements, surrounded by many retinues that match their own lineage. All that is spoken here, the precious Karma Pakshi said: The male lineage Gonpo and his retinue, and the female lineage, all the Mamos, are manifestations of the inseparable method and wisdom, the Lord and Consort. There is nothing that is not pervaded by this. The Lord and Lady, the nine Yamaraja deities, and so on, countless mandalas, nine assemblies, eleven groups, and countless deities from nine deities to countless retinues, should all be understood as manifestations and emanations of the Lord and Lady, and as obedient retinues. Thus it is said. All male and female lineages belonging to the three realms are nothing other than manifestations, magical displays, and obedient retinues of the glorious Lord and Lady. Therefore, and so on, it is extensively taught. In the center of the mandala of channels, winds, and bodhicitta, the entire mandala of samsara and nirvana is pervaded by the five elements of karma and wisdom.
