Like those situations where there are many "i na mar," don't do that at all. It's very important to do everything – walking, sleeping, sitting, and whatever you do – for the benefit of sentient beings. If you say that behavior arises naturally, but it ends up arising as bad behavior, then you become a black-karma transgressor. Strive to make offerings to the Three Jewels and engage in other virtuous activities. Turn all actions of body, speech, and mind into Dharma. Dedicate all the virtuous roots you've created to all mother-like beings as vast as space. Don't do even a needlepoint of evil in secret. In front of people, pretending to be diligent by wiping the mandala plate and prostrating, etc., is like a pig's tail, it's not true diligence. So, you must strive constantly, without distinguishing between good and bad. When an old ox drinks water, it doesn't start intensely. Later, it should be like an uninterrupted flow, without any attachment. And so on, countless teachings were given. In summary, from the perspective of view, it is to view the meaning of reality with view; from the perspective of practice, it is to abide in the meaning of non-dual shamatha-vipashyana, with one-pointedness; from the perspective of conduct, it is to enhance virtuous practice through four types of conduct. Conduct is to fully realize the ultimate reality, free from hope and fear, grasper and grasped, attain the state of the four kayas, and guide all beings to be tamed through the four activities. This is the result. And for the sake of achieving these goals, both view and practice are fully contained within this instruction. There are also five types of conduct: Samantabhadra's conduct, secret conduct, yogi's conduct, tsok conduct, and the conduct of surpassing all. The first is: without separating from the experience of vipashyana, in the four activities of walking, sitting, and lying down, all conceptual thoughts are like snow falling on a rock, without needing antidotes, they naturally pacify and dissolve on their own. To enhance this experience, one should engage in secret conduct, in a charnel ground or a place like a single tree, together with a mudra consort. Yogi's conduct is to be naked, adorned with six ornaments, and wander in the village together with a mudra consort. Tsok conduct is to go to a large street, a market, or the homes of low-caste people, etc., and if there are songs, dances, praises, ridicule, abuse, quarrels, fights, etc., they should become aids to virtuous practice and samadhi, like fire spreading in a forest. If they become aids, one should engage in the conduct of surpassing all, dispelling ignorance, and even if poison is eaten, it turns into nectar, thus surpassing food, surpassing...

Thus, the winds cease and overcome the winds. Towards all of samsara and nirvana, there is no partiality, therefore completely victorious over partiality. There is no acceptance or rejection, therefore the conduct reaches the ultimate, these are the five conducts. At all those times, it does not stray from the radiance of the emptiness of the dharma nature that has always been there, this is the mudra. Above that, the so-called wisdom of the Buddha is impossible to find, therefore it is called great. These are the stages of the Mahamudra of the path. The forty-fourth Dharma discourse. Next is the third, the Fruit Mahamudra: By traversing the stages of the path, the faults of the basis are exhausted and manifest. The faults of the path are exhausted and reach the ultimate. The fruit arrives on top of the basis. For all phenomena, they appear unceasingly, yet are empty in their own essence. From that very way of abiding in emptiness, all the phenomena that appear, do not exist separately from it, and are non-dual, therefore liberated from the cycle of duality and hope and fear. Realization reaches the ultimate, possessing many qualities such as strength and fearlessness, realizing the meaning of the Mahamudra, possessing the nature of the three bodies, five wisdoms, qualities and activities, realizing the ultimate of no-meditation, liberated from all obscurations, realizing all that is to be realized, the qualities of non-realization and complete maturation are all manifested, this is called the Fruit Mahamudra. In general, all phenomena, internal and external, do not go beyond the three of appearance, awareness, and emptiness, therefore they are the nature of the three bodies. If these are combined with the three of basis, path, and fruit, then the three bodies of the basis are that one's own mind does not become anything, is free from all elaborations, and in that realm, emptiness appears as the Dharmakaya. That emptiness is not nothing or like a stone, but emptiness is self-aware, self-illuminating, and knowing in various ways as the Sambhogakaya. That emptiness, its radiance unceasingly, appears as one's own form, various objects are the Nirmanakaya. The example of the three bodies being complete in oneself is like oil pervading sesame seeds, and the uncreated, original state, etc., are combined in sequence. Furthermore, as Rangjung Dorje said: Essence emptiness is the Dharmakaya, nature luminosity is the Sambhogakaya, appearing unceasingly as anything is the Nirmanakaya. Emptiness is the Dharmadhatu wisdom, luminosity is the mirror-like wisdom, these two abiding equally is the equality wisdom, these two abiding separately without mixing are the distinct
