are performed. Unobscured and unspecified can be divided into four types: resultant birth, behavioral actions, craftsmanship, and transformative mind. Furthermore, from the perspective of karma, there are two types: common and uncommon. The first type is like the karma that forms the outer world of objects. The second type is like the karma that forms the inner world of sentient beings. The detailed meanings and clear explanations of these should be practiced as they are explained in the chapter on karma in the Abhidharmakosha, the Hundred Karmas Sutra, the Ratnavali, and other texts. Therefore, one should distinguish between good and bad, and diligently engage in virtuous actions with all three doors, constantly examining one's own three doors. One should rejoice in virtuous deeds and not waste them. For evil deeds, one should confess using the four powers and properly restrain oneself. Just as a small spark can burn down a forest, one should joyfully engage in virtuous deeds because they can destroy the mountain of sins. The Compendium of Trainings says, "Even by doing small virtuous deeds, one can be led to great bliss in the next life, and great things can be accomplished, just as crops ripen abundantly." Therefore, one should abandon even the smallest evils and perform even the smallest good deeds. One should diligently cultivate loving-kindness, compassion, and the mind of enlightenment, as this will also accomplish the purpose of the Buddha's teachings. Do no evil, practice perfect virtue, subdue your own mind, this is the teaching of the Buddha. In short, if one can freely determine where one will be reborn after death, that is enough. Where one is reborn depends on the karma one has created, so one should properly adopt and abandon the results of karma, thinking in this way and integrating it into one's mind, striving to abandon evil and cultivate virtue. The fifth session of practice is complete. Fourth, contemplate the faults of samsara. Next, one must contemplate the faults of samsara. From beginningless time, due to ignorance clinging to self where there is no self, and clinging to self where there is no self, the illusion of samsara arises, and one is continuously tormented by the three sufferings. These are the suffering of conditioning, the feeling of indifference, and the suffering of change.

The suffering of pleasure is the feeling of happiness, and the suffering of suffering is the manifestation of the feeling of suffering. For example, it is like gradually extinguishing the color of fire, or like covering it with grass, and someone sleeping on it. When the fire is blown by the wind, the person suffers damage. Furthermore, the suffering of conditioning pervades from the peak of existence to the Avici hell, and even beings without form and without perception become the cause of falling after the force of karma is exhausted. Just taking this clinging aggregate is full of suffering, but ordinary people do not understand this, and the noble ones see it as it is. For example, even if a single hair is placed in the palm of the hand, it is uncomfortable, and if it enters the eye, it is even more uncomfortable. In this regard, the commentary on the Abhidharmakosha says: "A single hair in the palm, if it enters the eye, it causes discomfort and suffering. A child is like the palm, not aware of the hair of the suffering of conditioning. A noble one is like the eye, seeing suffering in conditioning." As it is said. The suffering of change is the attachment and enjoyment of the pleasures of the senses, such as forms, sounds, smells, tastes, and tactile objects. These are like the arrow of Mara, female messengers, honey on a razor's edge, salt water, and deception and delusion. After enjoying them, unbearable suffering arises, and all the happiness of samsara ultimately turns into suffering, so it cannot escape suffering. Even if one obtains the status of a great wheel-turning king, Indra, or Brahma, who are known as great in the world, they will ultimately turn into suffering. As it is said in the Letter to a Friend: "Even having become a wheel-turning king, one will again become a servant of samsara. Even having become Indra, one will still fall to the earth due to karma. Even having obtained the pleasure of detachment of Brahma, one will again become firewood for the fire of Avici. One should rely on uninterrupted suffering." As it is said. Therefore, because one does not see suffering as suffering, but clings to happiness, one cannot let go of attachment and aversion to the eight worldly dharmas, and thus loses the opportunity to practice the Dharma. Therefore, because of food and clothing and unpleasant words.
