I will become that, and that is because you do not want that. Just as a sacrifice cannot be performed on an un-dead offering after Lhas Byin dies, how can the Dharma itself become emptiness by being empty of other Dharmas other than itself? If so, the Teacher would only need to explain other-emptiness besides the twenty emptinesses, and would not need to explain self-emptiness, because other-emptiness itself has the meaning of self-emptiness. So, for form, etc., do you think the emptiness of form, etc., exists or does not exist? If we talk with a Madhyamika who does not like to analyze (338a) and speaks in accordance with dependent origination, then in order to dispel fear, we can say that it exists or does not exist in the ultimate sense, depending on the need. If we talk with someone who likes to speak in accordance with dependent origination, then we say that both existence and non-existence are free from elaboration. But when a Madhyamika analyzes, he does not think or say anything, because nothing can be established. Just as when a mirage appears as water, one cannot say whether the emptiness of that water exists or does not exist in that water, in any meaningful way. Also, if the emptiness that you consider to be non-existent exists in other things such as form, is it contradictory or related? If it is contradictory, then the meaning of existence cannot be established. If it is related, then it must be either the same entity or a causal relationship, but for non-existence, neither the same entity nor a causal relationship is possible. Also, are things like form the support, and the non-existent emptiness that you consider to be the supported? If so, then the sky and the son of a barren woman, etc., would also become dependent on form. If so, then please establish the support of form, such as a pot, as also being dependent on past and future ears of grain and sky flowers. Furthermore, according to your view, it would not be wrong for the Mind-Only school to posit emptiness, which is not established on other-powered phenomena, as being different from other-powered phenomena, because the five aggregates, which are created by other-power of causes and conditions (338b), are not empty in themselves, but from that, by the negation of a different entity, the meaning of emptiness is supremely determined by the emptiness of emptiness on the five aggregates. You Mind-Only emptiness

Although severely criticizing other views, they establish the emptiness of their own school as they have set it. Therefore, treat yourself as you criticize others. Thus, they do not want the nature of conventional things like pots and persons like Devadatta to be empty. Instead, they newly fabricate an emptiness that is empty of a different dharma through their own conceptualizations. They consider the emptiness of emptiness, which is empty of truth in pots and Devadatta, to be a different object. Some also believe that conventional things like pots and Devadatta are completely non-existent, and that the ultimate truth is eternally established. They say that conventional and ultimate truths are the same in essence but different in aspect, so the two truths exist separately in the two wisdoms of the Buddha, and in the path of learning, the objects of nominal valid cognition and rational valid cognition also exist separately. All the views, meditations, and actions of those who say these things cannot serve as the basis for liberation and the antidote to obscurations. Because contemplating and meditating on the nature of reality, which is unrelated to any phenomenon, such as non-existent negation or eternal reality, cannot abandon the two obscurations of clinging to truth in conventional phenomena. For the antidotes to be abandoned by nominal consciousness, the object must be the same and the aspects must be contradictory. If the individual nature of conventional reality is not empty, but the emptiness that is negated by other signs from that (339a) is grasped as the ultimate truth, and if the essence of the Tathagata, which is other than the aggregates, is regarded as eternal, uncompounded, and truly existent, or if the aggregates are completely non-existent, or if the afflictions and conceptualizations of clinging to truth in the aggregates, which are established by nominal valid cognition, are not the same object, because they are objects of the two truths separately, and the aspects are not contradictory, because both have the aspect of clinging to truth. Therefore, if one considers the two truths to be different in essence or aspect, and the aspect clings to truth as truly established or clings to truth as truly non-existent, then these will not only not become the antidote to the two self-grasps and the two obscurations, but will also become the cause of increasing the two self-grasps and the two obscurations. Because the individual nature of conventional nominal valid cognition is not empty, and one clings to and grasps an emptiness other than that as truly existent or truly non-existent, one will again generate the grasping of entities and the attachment based on it.
