Emptiness that is without (Tibetan), whose nature is not established and is without self, should be accumulated as wisdom, as stated in the profound Sutra Pitaka. Therefore, although both samsara and nirvana appear as a dream-like play and are pure in the nature of the Buddha, their forms are unstoppable. They appear according to how each being to be tamed is to be tamed. Therefore, in order to tame the wicked, the emanation of compassionate play also continues without interruption, following after the beings to be tamed until samsara is empty. That is what it says. Root text: From that very state, various emanations arise, those that arise from nature and those that arise from action, those that are embossed and those that are painted, Gandhola, mansions, and pleasure gardens, cities emanated in the desert, lotuses, wish-fulfilling trees, and wish-fulfilling jewels, boats, bridges, carts, food, clothing, and so on, appearing as inanimate objects, a great fisherman in times of famine, creatures that provide oil to those afflicted by disease, Chanchala in the land of rakshas, golden bees in unclean mud, and so on. Emanations of various kinds are the basis of happiness in every way. Without thought and without movement, they dwell near glory through great meaning. This means that from that very state, various emanations arise. Just as the illusions of the world appear, so too do the various emanations of the Buddha. They are also the doers of the mind. Although there is no dharma to be done, the embodiments of body, speech, and mind naturally appear in natural mountains, rocks, and landscapes, and beings hold them as objects of accumulation, and even once they are held as objects of faith, and the embodiments of body, speech, and mind that arise from the efforts and actions of individuals. Furthermore, all those who, in the form of inanimate objects, benefit beings and are able to give a little happiness, and who have become the objects of the six senses, should be known as the activities of the Victorious Ones. Among them, the three jewels are embossed, and those that are painted on walls and thangkas, Gandhola, mansions, and pleasure gardens, cities emanated in the desert, that is, in a place without water, lotuses, wish-fulfilling trees, and wish-fulfilling jewels, boats, bridges, carts, food, clothing, and so on. As it is clear in the Jataka tales of the Teacher, a great fisherman in times of famine, those afflicted by disease.

For example, transforming into a bear to rescue trapped animals, or transforming into a wise horse king in the land of Rakshasas to save many merchants, or transforming into a golden bee in an impure swamp to accomplish the benefit of its kind, and so on, showing various uncertain transformations, also becomes the basis of happiness at all times and places. Like this, without the thought or fabrication of "I have bestowed benefit," it actually naturally approaches auspiciousness. The above is a quotation. Root text: If the time for those to be tamed has passed, then the symbol of the tamer dissolving into the Dharmadhatu is: Just as when there is no water vessel, the moon's reflection in the water dissolves into the essence of the manifested moon. The manifestations gathered by the appearances of those to be tamed, dissolve into the Dharmadhatu of self-appearing perfect Sambhogakaya. That is also like the moon in the empty sky, not dissolving from one into the other, but the outward radiance dissolving into the inner, non-elaborate state. Dissolving into the great wisdom of the self-appearing Dharmakaya of the Sambhogakaya, the Madhyamikas consider this to be entering the Dharmadhatu, the supreme cessation of peace. Here, the self-nature is the wisdom of individual self-awareness, the subtle wisdom, the inner clear Dharmadhatu, dissolving into the unclouded youthful vase body. Wherever the appearance of those to be tamed arises, the basis for the unimpeded compassion wisdom to spread is, the Dharmata of abiding in perfect equanimity, is the state of the spontaneously accomplished great fruition. This passage means that if the time for those to be tamed has passed and suffering has ceased, then the symbol of the tamer, whether superior or inferior, arising from and dissolving into the Dharmadhatu is: Just as when there is no container filled with water, the moon's reflection appearing in it dissolves into the essence of the manifested moon. The manifestations gathered by the appearances of each of those to be tamed also dissolve into the Dharmadhatu of the self-appearing perfect Sambhogakaya. That is also like the moon in the empty sky, not dissolving from one into the other, but the outward appearing white radiance dissolving into the inner, non-elaborate state, dissolving without separation into the great wisdom of the self-appearing Dharmakaya of the perfect Sambhogakaya. Regarding this, the Madhyamikas consider this to be entering the Dharmadhatu, the supreme cessation of peace. Here, the self-nature is the wisdom of individual self-awareness.
