Firstly, the face of the Trekchö Tögal Lord of Day and Night is directly seen, this is the name of the master Namkha. Such a precious master Namkha Ösel, having perfected the view, meditation, and conduct of the Great Perfection oral tradition, attained the state of Vajradhara, the supreme Vajra Master, the emanation of the dance of whom is Padma Sangngak Tendzin. 2. According to the lineage of the previous masters, like the guidance text of the Dakini Heart Essence, the common and uncommon preliminaries. Starting from the uncommon distinction between samsara and nirvana up to the main practice, pretending to abandon the faults of listening to the Dharma. Nowadays, those who seek Dharma teachings are only happier than seeing taxes. At that time, taking refuge 100,000 times, prostrations 100,000 times, the hundred-syllable mantra 100,000 times, etc., were made the core. After the vase practice that year, the five of us monks set out towards Lhasa, and the practice of the winter longevity Dharma caused severe gout in the feet, as if obscurations had manifested, and although soaking in the Rogtom hot springs only slightly improved, it was not completely cured. But generating diligence, the four friends besides myself, some carrying luggage, some putting a little grain on the backs of yaks, proceeded in this way, the upper body aching unbearably, unable to walk, and asked a doctor from Gertse Sengshul about the cause of the illness and beneficial medicine. He said: Your illness is gout rising upwards, what need is there to mention going on pilgrimage? The back is also not listening, and without both medicine and rituals, you will not survive. Hearing this, I thought, the friends said that if you do as the doctor says, you can go if you get better. But thinking that such things would delay the Dharma, I would rather die, so I didn't take medicine or ask for blessings, and went on and on, with the determination to die, and arrived at Kham Riwoché (1748). There, I diligently prostrated and circumambulated, and felt a little better. Then I met the direct disciple of Phagmo Drupa Dorje Gyalpo, with five hundred disciples with umbrellas, one hundred close ones, and the five great disciples who were outstanding among the Sutra followers, at the seat of Drogön Yeshe Tsek, known as Lachung Yipu, and after prostrating and circumambulating there, towards the north

Went to visit him. There, it was done as before. Circled around the six peaks of Khyunpo Ritse. Then, passing through Rong Road, took a boat at Tangnak and went to Kham Pang Leb Monastery. After that, inquired in detail about the route and other things, and made what is called "Spo Khyung Tokla," which is like a pillar of the sky, and thus arrived at the foot of the mountain that descends from above, where there was a cave. Rested there for about two days, and with the remaining time, went down the mountain and met some locals, and asked them about the situation. They truthfully said that near here there is the Spo Chudo bridge and Shogam, etc., and because of worry, they did not take that road. Crossed the river on the right side of Spo, hoping to reach the other side, and thus arrived at the riverbank. They said that even now, when the river is high, it is only this much. We held hands and crossed the river, and when we reached about two fathoms, the water reached our waists, and the current was very rapid, not allowing us to turn back. Very scared, like startled wild donkeys, one pulling the other, we barely managed to get back to this side. Although happy, we were also worried that all our belongings would be stolen, so we discussed it. Sent two friends to Shogam to beg for food, saying that one of our relatives was about to die from the flood, asking if they could give some milk or something, and let them go to test the situation. Their family gave a little milk. Both sides of the house had large iron gates that could be locked, and they said there was a hotel in the middle of the bridge. Figured out a way to put all the belongings into two large sacks and hide them underground in a forest. We had a servant, so we pretended that he was sick, and supported him on the left and right to go to the hotel, using the excuse that he had dysentery, and had him go in and out of the door many times, and just as it was getting completely dark. Again, came out of the door, and two friends took the sacks, and after a while, at the same time as opening the door, hid the two sacks in the field by the road, and the Shogam people did not see it. After that, returned inside early, and showed him the leather robes and boots, etc., that could not be lost from the luggage, and he took half of a piece of blue cloth. Also a little tea, and some tsampa, took a little, and then drew wood carvings according to the number of people and the number of luggage and put them on the luggage.
