One face and two hands, the right hand holding a vajra and the left holding a bowl, seated in the vajra posture. Except for the Great Mother, the other eight Sugatas are mainly in the form of Nirmanakaya. On the right, left, and front, there are white lotus and moon cushions, upon which are the noble three protectors of the lineage: On the right is Manjushri, reddish-yellow, holding a sword and a book, with a peaceful smile and a beautiful appearance. In front is Avalokiteshvara, the protector who liberates from suffering, white in color, with one face and two hands, the right hand holding a white lotus, and the left hand granting refuge with a mudra of fearlessness. On the left is Vajrapani, the powerful one, blue in color, the right hand holding a vajra and the left hand making a threatening gesture. All three are standing, embodying the form of the Buddhas and Bodhisattvas, tirelessly working for the benefit of beings. Furthermore, there are bodhisattvas like the sun illuminating everything and like the moon making everything clear, as well as countless assemblies of beings, appearing as clearly as a bustling marketplace. In the outer environment, invite the gods such as Brahma, Indra, the Four Great Kings, and so on, as well as the seventy-five glorious protectors with their retinues, and the twelve Yaksha generals, each leading seven hundred thousand attendants, all appearing clearly. Thus, the glory, qualities, and activities of all the main deities and their retinues that appear so clearly are like the magical manifestations of the one main deity, like stars rising in the ocean, appearing without obstruction. The three places of the Buddhas and Bodhisattvas are marked with white Om (藏文:ༀ་,梵文天城体:ओ,梵文罗马拟音:oṃ,汉语字面意思:嗡), red Ah (藏文:ཨཱཿ,梵文天城体:आः,梵文罗马拟音:āḥ,汉语字面意思:阿), and blue Hum (藏文:ཧཱུཾ,梵文天城体:हुं,梵文罗马拟音:hūṃ,汉语字面意思:吽). In the hearts of worldly beings, the first letter of their respective names is adorned with a bindu, from which light radiates. From the pure lands of the Trikaya Buddhas, the deities of the Medicine Buddha mandala descend in an instant into the space in front, like a rainbow painted by sunlight and rain, due to the power of their past vows and commitments. Thus, contemplate. Secondly, the invocation: With fervent faith, accompanied by incense and music: Namo! The heart of the Sugatas pervades all beings, with a vast and supreme aspiration, that all these beings without exception may attain Buddhahood. There is no sentient being here who is not a vessel. Descend, descend, assembly of the eight Medicine Buddhas! Do not delay, by the power of compassion, the Three Jewels who contemplate the benefit of sentient beings, in this place manifested and arranged by the mind, the Buddhas.
