A thousand black ones and a million flesh-eaters, And hundreds of thousands of Mamos, I request the emanation of the Sugata to descend. Follower of the Buddha, holder of samaya, I, the yogi, invite you, May the one who expands the teachings descend. For the sake of accomplishing wrathful deeds, I invite the Lord of the Eight Classes, May you descend to this place of invitation. Before Vajradhara, As you promised and vowed, May the great blood-drinker descend. Great black one, fierce and powerful, Raven-faced one, of great strength, There is nothing you cannot subdue. Remember your past vows, With faith and samaya, Come here, come here, great black one. 息增怀伏，具德大王南无赛，持明达那桑स्कृत（梵文天城体：धना संस्कृत，梵文罗马拟音：dhana saṃskṛta，汉语字面意思：财富文化），智者毗卢遮那前，承诺立誓言，护法怙主等，世间傲慢神鬼众，莫违严厉之誓言，为护持佛陀之教，享用此庄严食子，烧毁、抛弃、吞食仇敌名形所写之物，行彻底摧毁之事业。 嗟！掌管众生性命之，地神瑞炯八兄弟，十二年魔及其眷属，罗刹四部持刀众，十八部凶鬼汝等，委以猛烈之事业： 对我作恶之罪人和，破戒者之仇敌，取出其命心，搅乱四大，火星、咳嗽、热病三者等，热病、痘疹、血痢、瘟疫，以搅乱命心之诸业，断除破誓仇敌之根源，成就所委事业。 从我心间放射光芒，迎请前方之怙主父母，从父生出无量怙主，从母生出无量母，从眷属生出各自相同之无量化身，有的断仇敌之命，有的夺其气息，有的食其肉，有的饮其血，有的剥其皮，有的折其骨，思维成无余。 第十，橛之安立分四，首先是主橛： 手持橛，加持之： 橛从无所缘之状态中，观想字吽（藏文：ཧཱུྃ།，梵文天城体：हुं，梵文罗马拟音：hūṃ，汉语字面意思：吽），变成蓝色吽字。 吽字完全变化后，成为黑色大者，上半身忿怒相，身色蓝黑色，一面二臂三眼，龇四颗獠牙，头发赤黄色如火燃烧，右持八棱蓝色旃檀木橛，左手持颅碗血，腰部以下如从铁匠炉中取出之烧红铁，由天铁制成之三棱橛，从摩羯口中出现，放射火星和火焰，思维降下兵器和火山雨。 其顶上有身之至尊怙主，颈中有语之至尊怙主，心中有意之至尊怙主，护身结上有十方之怙主。

Blessings of pacifying, increasing, subjugating, and wrathful activities. Glorious Great King Vaishravana. Vidhyadhara Dhana Sanskrit (Sanskrit: धना संस्कृत, Dhana Saṃskṛta, meaning: Wealth Culture). The scholar Vairochana. In your presence, I vow and pledge. Protectors of the Dharma, including Mahakala, and all worldly, arrogant gods and demons. Do not transgress your solemn oaths. For the sake of protecting the Buddha's teachings, accept this adorned torma. Burn, cast away, and devour the names and forms of enemies and obstructors. Accomplish the activity of utterly destroying them. O you who control the lives of beings! Earth lords, the eight brothers of Rechungma, the twelve year demons with their retinues, the four classes of Rakshasas, and the hosts of dagger-wielding spirits. To you eighteen classes of corpse demons, I entrust fierce activities: Take the life-essence of the sinful one who despises me, and of this enemy who has broken his vows. Extract their life-essence and agitate the four elements. Fever blisters, coughs, heat stroke, and the three types of boils, etc. Fever, smallpox, bloody diarrhea, and plagues. By means of the activities of agitating their life-essence, cut off the lineage of the vow-breaking enemy. Accomplish the entrusted activities. From my heart, rays of light emanate, invoking the Mahakala father and mother in front of me. From the father, countless Mahakalas arise. From the mother, countless mothers arise. From the retinues, countless emanations arise, each resembling their own. Some cut the enemy's life. Some seize their breath. Some devour their flesh. Some drink their blood. Some tear their skin. Some break their bones, thinking that nothing is left. Tenth, the establishment of the phurba has four parts. First, the main phurba: Taking the phurba in hand, bless it: From the state of non-objectification, visualize the syllable Hūṃ (Tibetan: ཧཱུྃ།, Sanskrit Devanagari: हुं, Sanskrit Romanization: hūṃ, Literal Chinese meaning: Hūṃ), becoming a single blue Hūṃ. From that Hūṃ completely transforming, it becomes a great black one, the upper body wrathful, the body color dark blue-black, one face, two arms, three eyes, four bared fangs. The hair is reddish-yellow, burning like fire. In the right hand, he holds an eight-sided blue sandalwood phurba. The left hand holds a skull cup filled with blood. From the navel down, it is like iron extracted from a blacksmith's forge, a three-sided phurba of meteoric iron, emerging from the mouth of a makara, radiating sparks and flames. Visualize weapons and a rain of volcanoes falling. On his crown is the supreme Mahakala of the body. In his throat is the supreme Mahakala of speech. In his heart is the supreme Mahakala of mind. On the protective knot are the Mahakalas of the ten directions.
