身色黑如乌云之色，一面二手三眼，四獠牙紧咬。头发棕黑色披散，头顶显现新月，脐间升起太阳。身上以空行母的服饰庄严。右手中的弯刀指向天空，左手持颅血于胸前。于黑色暴风中，骑乘以人皮裹身的骡子，具足装饰仪轨。心间日轮之上，有黑紫色（བྷྱོཿ，bhyaḥ，怖畏）。嗡 班杂 药叉 毗答里 吽 (ༀ་བཛྲ་ཡཀྴ་བཻ་ཏ་ལི་ཧཱུྃཿ，oṃ vajra yakṣa vai-tālī hūṃ，嗡 瓦吉拉 药叉 毗答里 吽) 扎 惹叉 惹摩 吞日 融入于心（དྲག་རཀྴ་རཀྨོ་ཐུམ་རིལ་སྙིང་ལ་འདུས་འདུས།），命上令令 吓吓 夺 怖畏（སྲོག་ལ་སྲིང་སྲིང་ཤམ་ཤམ་ཁྱེར་བྷྱོཿ）。如是向左旋转。眷属乃由世间与出世间的母神和空行母众围绕而安住。怙主心间的吽字放出三个吽字，落于三个月座之上。由此完全转变，于右边的月座之上，怙主身圣尊，身色蓝灰色，一面二手三眼，四獠牙紧咬。头发红黄色向上竖立。身形威猛，面容可怖，具足光彩。右手中持三尖天杖，左手持颅血于胸前。装饰仪轨与主尊相同。眷属乃身之部的怙主与忿怒尊和忿怒母众围绕。于左边的月座之上，怙主语圣尊，身色红灰色，一面二手三眼，四獠牙紧咬，头发红黄色向上竖立。身形威猛，面容可怖，具足光彩。右手中持檀香木棒，左手将颅血送入口中。装饰仪轨与主尊相同。眷属乃语之部的怙主与天兵众围绕。于前方的月座之上，怙主意圣尊，身色深蓝色，一面二手三眼，四獠牙紧咬。头发红黄色如火焰般燃烧。身形威猛，面容可怖，具足光彩。右手中的弯刀指向天空，左手持颅血于胸前。装饰仪轨与主尊相同。眷属乃意之部的怙主与十万黑肉食者围绕。彼三者之心间日轮之上，有怖畏（བྷྱོཿ，bhyaḥ，怖畏）。

The color of the body is black, like the color of rain clouds. One face, two hands, three eyes, four fangs bared. The hair is brownish-black and loose. On the crown, a crescent moon appears, and in the navel, the sun rises. The body is adorned with the attire of a dakini. The right hand holds a curved knife raised in the sky, the left hand holds a skull cup of blood at the heart. Riding a mule wrapped in human skin within a black whirlwind, adorned with ornaments and attire. In the heart, on top of a solar disc, is a dark purplish-black (བྷྱོཿ，bhyaḥ，Terror). Oṃ vajra yakṣa vai-tālī hūṃ (ༀ་བཛྲ་ཡཀྴ་བཻ་ཏ་ལི་ཧཱུྃཿ，oṃ vajra yakṣa vai-tālī hūṃ，Om Vajra Yaksha Vaitāli Hum) Drag Raksha Rakmo Thumril, gather into the heart (དྲག་རཀྴ་རཀྨོ་ཐུམ་རིལ་སྙིང་ལ་འདུས་འདུས།). On the life, sring sring sham sham, seize, bhyaḥ (སྲོག་ལ་སྲིང་སྲིང་ཤམ་ཤམ་ཁྱེར་བྷྱོཿ). Thus, it rotates to the left. The retinue is surrounded by worldly and transworldly mothers and assemblies of dakinis, abiding there. From the Hūṃ in the heart of the Protector, three Hūṃs emanate, falling upon three lunar seats. From that complete transformation, on the right lunar seat, the Protector, the supreme body, is bluish-gray in color, with one face, two hands, three eyes, and four fangs bared. The hair is reddish-yellow and stands upright. The body is fierce, the face is terrifying, and it is endowed with splendor. The right hand holds a trident, and the left hand holds a skull cup of blood at the heart. The ornaments and attire are similar to the main deity. The retinue is the Protector of the body lineage, surrounded by assemblies of wrathful deities and wrathful mothers. On the left lunar seat, the Protector, the supreme speech, is reddish-gray in color, with one face, two hands, three eyes, and four fangs bared. The hair is reddish-yellow and stands upright. The body is fierce, the face is terrifying, and it is endowed with splendor. The right hand holds a large sandalwood club, and the left hand offers the skull cup of blood to the mouth. The ornaments and attire are similar to the main deity. The retinue is the Protector of the speech lineage, surrounded by assemblies of divine soldiers. On the lunar seat in front, the Protector, the supreme mind, is dark blue in color, with one face, two hands, three eyes, and four fangs bared. The hair is reddish-yellow and blazes like fire. The body is fierce, the face is terrifying, and it is endowed with splendor. The right hand holds a curved knife raised in the sky, and the left hand holds a skull cup of blood at the heart. The ornaments and attire are similar to the main deity. The retinue is the Protector of the mind lineage, surrounded by a hundred thousand black flesh-eaters. In the heart of those three, on top of a solar disc, is bhyaḥ (བྷྱོཿ，bhyaḥ，Terror).

Oṃ Śrī Mahākāla Hūṃ Phaṭ (Tibetan: ༀ་ཤྲཱྀ་མ་ཧཱ་ཀཱ་ལ་ཧཱུྃཕཊ།, Sanskrit Devanagari: om śrī mahākāla hūṃ phaṭ, Sanskrit Romanization: oṃ śrī mahākāla hūṃ phaṭ, Chinese literal meaning: Om, auspicious, Great Black One, Hūṃ, Phaṭ) rotates to the right. The main deities and retinues reside in the midst of the blazing fire of the kalpa's end, with their feet in a throwing stance. Outside of that is a blue ten-spoked wheel. To the east is the glorious Vinayaka Protector, with a purplish-black body, holding a lasso of sunbeams in his hand. To the south is the Legden Protector, with a dark blue body, holding an octagonal blue sandalwood club in a raised manner. To the west is the Drakpa Lha Protector, with a reddish-black body, holding a sandalwood club the size of a boat oar. To the north is the Protector Vaishravana, with a reddish-yellow body, holding a victory banner and a mongoose. To the southeast is the glorious Arya Jambhala, with a blue body, like the color of lapis lazuli, holding a mongoose and a victory banner. To the southwest is the son of the sun, Remata, with a yellowish-black body, holding a burning bone arrow. To the northwest is the Great Black One, Shavari, with a green body, having a terrifying form, holding a peacock victory banner. To the northeast is Vairochana, adorned with a crown, with a white body, radiating light, holding a white bone arrow. To the upper east is the upper Protector, with a conch-shell hairstyle, wielding a sky-iron sword. To the lower west is the lower Protector, Raksha Shri Betali, with a black body, holding a sky-iron axe aloft. All of them are adorned with their respective ornaments and attire, and accompanied by their own sons, consorts, servants, and retinues. Outside of that is a blue eight-spoked wheel. To the east is the chief of the worldly gods, with a white body, wearing a white silk robe, holding a crystal sword aloft in his right hand, and holding a white silk spear in his left hand, riding a white divine yak, surrounded by a retinue of a hundred thousand divine soldiers. To the south is Yama Raja, with a black body, wearing a tiger skin, holding a club in his right hand and a skull staff in his left hand, riding a blue buffalo, surrounded by a retinue of a hundred thousand Yamas. To the west is the worldly queen, the mother goddess, with a black body, having a majestic face, wearing a white silk cloak, holding an arrow and banner in her right hand and a mirror in her left hand, riding a blue turquoise dragon, surrounded by a retinue of a hundred thousand mothers.
