ག་第一个，降伏魔众大舞步，降伏我慢空行母，向十方众会，现在跳起来！马舞第二轮中间，食肉罗刹享用舞，降伏嗔恨空行母，向鬼神众会，现在跳起来！马舞第三轮最后，三界血病疾病舞，降伏痛苦大舞步，降伏愚痴空行母，向轮回痼疾肿瘤跳，粉碎敌人和魔障，藏于海底压须弥山，轮回罪过投入鳄鱼口。嗡 阿 吽 斯瓦 班匝 纳。第五，忏悔过错祈请宽恕，手持鲜花，根本曲调，吽 五种受用等，丑陋罗刹三颂，未获得和等，未获得和退失和，任何我以愚昧心，所作和所作能力，彼一切祈请怙主宽恕。如是和随后随喜忏悔是，宽松，至尊上师诸位尊前，供品资具微小而忏悔，本尊诸神众尊前，证悟修持抛弃取舍，空行四部尊前，承诺誓言退失，护法神众尊前，朵玛拖延年月，三世父母尊前，恩情未能报答，道友和姐妹尊前，誓言慈爱微小，六道众生尊前，慈悲利他心微小，别解脱戒律的戒条和，菩萨们的学处和，持明者的咒语誓言等，所有退失都坦白忏悔不隐瞒，不隐藏今后断除并受持，从三世所作积累罪障坦白忏悔后，清净后身语意等，祈请赐予殊胜和共同成就。如是和，嗡 班匝 萨埵 萨玛…等，此处是所依和等，吽 器情诸神和等，再次明觉等，显现声响明觉坛城等，百字明念诵三遍。如是忏悔后第六回向发愿是，智慧清净任运成就之神，上师善逝智慧空行和，一切时中不离不散的，恒常享用大乐地

In the last of the third round of the horse dance, the dance of the diseases of the three realms, the great dance of subduing suffering, the Dakini who subdues ignorance, dance to the chronic diseases and tumors of samsara, crush enemies and obstacles into dust, hide them in the depths of the ocean and press them under Mount Meru, throw the faults of samsara into the mouth of the crocodile. Thus, the subsequent rejoicing and confession is, loosely, before the venerable Lamas, I confess that the offerings and resources are small, before the assemblies of the Yidam deities, the realization of abandoning and taking up practice, before the four classes of Dakinis, the vows and commitments that have been broken, before the Dharma protectors and guardians, the Torma offerings that have been delayed for months and years, before the parents of the three times, the kindness that has not been repaid, before the Dharma brothers and sisters, the vows and love that are small, before the six kinds of beings, the compassion and altruism that are small, the vows of individual liberation, and the precepts of the Bodhisattvas, and the vows of the Vidyadharas, etc., I confess all the degenerations without concealing them, I will not hide them, I will cut them off and keep them from now on, after confessing the sins and obscurations accumulated in the three times, after purifying the body, speech, and mind, etc., I pray that you grant the supreme and common accomplishments. Come! In the glorious city of Heruka, with the offering of the assembly wheel, may I and all beings be accomplished in one mandala! By this root of my virtue, may the source of benefit and happiness, the teachings, increase, may all directions be auspicious, prosperous, and complete, and may temporary and ultimate wishes be fulfilled! Yellow, enriching, dancing gracefully, the equality wisdom Ratna Dakini, whatever is the auspiciousness of mastering qualities, by that auspiciousness also. Red, magnetizing, dancing gracefully, the discriminating wisdom Padma Dakini, whatever is the auspiciousness of mastering speech, by that auspiciousness also. Green, performing actions, dancing gracefully, the accomplishing wisdom Karma Dakini, whatever is the auspiciousness of mastering activities, by that auspiciousness also. Clear blue, the enlightened, dancing gracefully, the Dharmadhatu wisdom Buddha Dakini, whatever is the auspiciousness of mastering the mind, by that auspiciousness also. Various Dakinis, lords of the eight charnel grounds, the worldly Dakinis who master the assembly, whatever is the auspiciousness of the oath-bound ocean of Dharma protectors, by that auspiciousness may there be happiness and well-being today!
