身之殊胜圆满坛城中，调伏所有邪魔与罗刹，一心修持瑜伽者，请您现身垂视，将制造障碍之怨敌魔障化为尘土。嗡，食肉空行母自在二十八尊，三界之女王，八大尸陀林之母，主尊现行母七尊及其眷属，请作证之金刚誓言者垂念。供品超越年月之时节，供物与手印此时未圆满，疏忽血肉赤红之誓言，若有任何违背食肉空行母心意之处，祈请宽恕，祈请赐予清净。尸陀林殊胜物，大灰烬及瓦苏达，血肉赤红之供品善调合，以此盛满血肉之颅器，愿能圆满食肉空行母之心愿。嗡，往昔于大威力忿怒尊前，未曾虚伪，您亲口立誓，请做一心修持瑜伽者之友伴，守护瑜伽自在者的眷属。嗡，事业空行母外之瑜伽四尊，大自在母等众母，天与非天十方之空行母，请作证之金刚誓言者垂念。见解高超故，行为粗犷，疏忽初十会供与斋戒，因昏沉睡眠而未备外供，祈请宽恕，祈请赐予清净。誓言之余食，口水光芒四射，普贤供云甘露，以此血肉甘露之大供，愿能圆满事业空行母之心愿。嗡，虽已完全迷失于空性之中，我亦不违越金刚誓言，精勤于大威力之禅修事业，愿大士您之心意得欢喜。尸陀林九处之空行母四众，三界轮回之痛苦是何等，慈悲怙主您心中皆明了，愿平息地狱众生如火燃烧之苦。以大悲心传承之持明我，首先发起殊胜菩提心，不违越难违之金刚三昧耶，不违越诸佛之教言，然因秘密真言之错乱难以弥补，祈愿弥补所犯之过失及誓言

Offerings are past the time of months and years, substances and mudras are not complete at this time, and there has been negligence in the vows of flesh and blood. Whatever is contrary to the mind of the flesh-eating dakinis, please forgive and grant purity. Supreme substances of the charnel ground, great ashes and Vasudha, offerings of flesh and blood are well combined, and this skull cup is filled with great red offerings. May the heart vows of the flesh-eating dakinis be fulfilled. Om, in the past, in the presence of the great and powerful Wrathful King, you made a vow with your own mouth, without any pretense. Please be a friend to the one-pointed practitioner and protect the retinue of the great yogi. Om, the four outer yoginis of the karma dakinis, the great self-existing mother and other hosts of mothers, the dakinis of gods and non-gods in the ten directions, please, Vajra Damchen, who bears witness, be mindful. Because of high views, behavior is rough, and there has been negligence in the tenth-day gatherings and fasting. Because of drowsiness and ignorance, outer offerings have not been fulfilled. Please forgive and grant purity. The light of the remaining vows and saliva radiates, the clouds of Samantabhadra's offerings are amrita, and with this great offering of flesh and blood nectar, may the heart vows of the karma dakinis be fulfilled. Om, although I have completely wandered into emptiness, I do not transgress the Vajra vows, and I am diligent in the practice of the great and powerful meditation. May the heart vows of the great being be pleased. The four hosts of dakinis in the nine charnel grounds, whatever the suffering of the three realms of samsara may be, compassionate protector, it is clear in your mind. Please pacify the burning hell beings like fire. I, the vidyadhara who continues the lineage of compassion, first generate the supreme bodhicitta, and do not transgress the difficult-to-transgress Vajra Samaya, and do not transgress the teachings of the Buddhas. However, it is difficult to remedy the confusion of the secret mantra, so I pray to make amends for the faults and vows that have been broken.
