种姓和如来种姓，珍宝种姓和如是莲花种姓，事业种姓等五佛，此乃所要修持之果。以不懒惰的禅修三摩地，为了获得成就之果，由于努力的精进小，禅修时间短，所以修持之果至今未得。所修之誓言违背，如是等等，违背大誓言之教义，造作罪业，智慧本尊和空行母誓言者，违背母姐妹海之心意，深感惭愧，以忏悔坦白༴。金刚上师兄弟姐妹和，瑜伽士有情违背心意，违背誓言忏悔坦白༴。我以专注无欺的心，以无伪之心宣说此忏悔净治，愿我自身衰损障碍在此清净，此生即获持明地，祈请赐予加持根本命脉光辉能力和，身语意之成就。之后忏悔后的灯供愿文是，四座，无铃，合掌。吽 (藏文：ཧཱུྃ།，梵文天城体：हुं，梵文罗马拟音：hūṃ，汉语字面意思：吽) 明觉菩提心之坛城中，从明觉光芒上师贤开始，从明觉能力血脉的兄弟姐妹，愿不离明空赤裸之自性。何时进入原始胎藏时，不抛弃于无明迷惑之悬崖，不堕入轮回血脉中，于轮回从根清净之广大法界中，愿于基显童瓶身中解脱༴。若未于原始地解脱，自成寂怒之显现生起时，愿能现自显为大智慧，于中阴身中解脱为报身༴。耶冈清明空性二具足，空色清净五具足种姓之刹土，于自显清净报身刹土中，愿于清净三之眷属前转法轮。若未于报身刹土中解脱，于自性化身刹土五聚，种姓汇集铜色吉祥山之宫殿中，刹那间化生之后，愿成熟于持明四众之列。九乘之顶峰瑜伽三，以及完全超离彼者窍诀部之，

Lineage and Thus Come One lineage, Jewel lineage and Thus the Lotus lineage, Karma lineage and so on, the five Buddhas, this is the fruit to be cultivated. With non-lazy meditation samadhi, in order to obtain the fruit of accomplishment, due to the small effort of diligence and short meditation time, the fruit of cultivation has not yet been obtained. The vows to be cultivated are broken, and so on, violating the teachings of the great vows, committing sins, wisdom deities and dakini vow holders, violating the hearts of the ocean of mothers and sisters, deeply ashamed, confessing with repentance ༴. Vajra master brothers and sisters, and yogis sentient beings violating the mind, violating the vows confessing with repentance ༴. I, with focused and unfeigned mind, with unpretentious mind, declare this confession purification, may my own decline and obscurations be purified here, may I obtain the Vidyadhara ground in this very life, please grant blessings root life force splendor ability and, the accomplishments of body, speech, and mind. Then the lamp offering prayer after confession is, four seats, without bell, palms together. Hūṃ (藏文：ཧཱུྃ།，梵文天城体：हुं，梵文罗马拟音：hūṃ，汉语字面意思：吽) In the mandala of awareness bodhicitta, starting from the awareness radiance master Nyen, from the brothers and sisters of the awareness ability bloodline, may we not deviate from the nature of naked awareness emptiness. When entering the primordial womb, may we not be thrown into the cliff of ignorance and delusion, may we not fall into the cycle of reincarnation, in the vast dharmadhatu where reincarnation is purified from the root, may we be liberated into the base appearance youthful vase body ༴. If not liberated in the primordial ground, when the spontaneous peaceful and wrathful appearances arise, may we recognize the self-appearance as great wisdom, and be liberated into the sambhogakaya in the bardo ༴. Ye Gang clear emptiness two complete, emptiness form pure five complete lineage field, in the self-appearance pure sambhogakaya pure land, may we turn the wheel of Dharma before the retinue of the three pure ones. If not liberated in the sambhogakaya pure land, in the self-nature nirmanakaya pure land five aggregates, in the palace of the Copper Colored Glorious Mountain where the lineages gather, in an instant after being miraculously born, may we mature in the ranks of the four vidyadharas. In the nature of effortless spontaneity, may the stains of mental fabrication and clinging to truth be purified! In the radiance of self-awareness, primordially pure, may the hundred families of peaceful and wrathful deities, self-manifesting in unobstructed display, offer the lamp of pure wisdom vision! May the darkness of samsaric dharma of afflictions be dispelled, and after clearing away the darkness of clinging to goodness and knowable objects, in the realm of inexpressible superior insight, great wisdom, may the great power of experiential realization and awareness be perfected! May the five aggregates be purified and liberated into the fields of the five families, may the five elements be purified and abide, maturing as the five consorts of the families, may the eight consciousnesses be purified and liberated as the eight bodhisattvas, may the four visions be exhausted and the rainbow body be accomplished! By the power of merit from continuously kindling this lamp of great clarity of recollection and awareness, having uprooted the darkness of karmic winds and habitual tendencies, may the expanse of Samantabhadra's intention be liberated all at once! After thus letting go, recite this confession and fulfillment: Verse: Om, Wisdom Dakini, Sovereign Wrathful King, Chief, unite in the sphere of Great Bliss, non-dual Mother. You who destroy the arrogance of seeing self as self, Witness Vajra Damchen, heed my call! In the supreme place of Tana, Tara, the powerful Lady of the Place, In the supreme place of Ghana, the blessing-bestowing Mother of Union, heed my call! Whatever conflicts with the heart of the Great Glorious Wrathful King, Great Compassionate Protector, I beseech you for forgiveness! The wondrous offering, the two mandalas, the rays of the five wisdoms shine forth, with immeasurable qualities of the five desires, may the samaya of the wisdom dakinis be fulfilled! By the compassion of the Great Glorious Wrathful King, Father and Mother, may you assist the one-pointed practitioner, and pulverize the obstructing enemies and demons into dust, may you grant the fruit of accomplishment at this time! Hum, Vajra Dakini, Sovereign, the eight Gauris, the eight female messengers of the lands, such as Singhala, the four wrathful burning mothers, such as Horse-Face, Witness Vajra Damchen, heed my call!
