The demon of unimpeded activity of mind. The demon of conceit that arises with good and bad hopes, doubts, hesitations, and pride towards Dharma, the Guru, and one's own experiences. The demon of joy and attachment that arises with joy and attachment to places, possessions, views, meditation, practice, and results. When such thoughts arise, just as a cloudbank suddenly darkens the sky, but the nature of the sky is emptiness, and the cloudbank does not become something else, appearing without inherent existence. The nature of mind is free from elaboration, and although thoughts arise continuously, just as a thief enters an empty house, there is nothing to gain or lose, because one does not make distinctions of good or bad in essence and power, and one is aware from the source of what has never existed. Or, whatever thoughts arise, one knows them to be inseparable like water and waves. Or, whatever good or bad arises, one does not lose control to distraction, but remains in a state of awareness with sharpness, abiding in the meaning of naked liberation. Finally, one blows the thighbone trumpet, and as soon as the session is over, each person transfers the essential points of their own body, along with offerings and ritual implements, and for the sake of sleep yoga, one clearly visualizes oneself as a rainbow-like deity, and in the center of the eight-petaled lotus in the heart, one visualizes the red Vajradhara Guru with consort, bright and radiant, with the nature of light, like a lamp lit in a dark room, filling the inside with light. It is said that if one trains in this, one will be able to control dreams. Furthermore, it is said that from the navel to the crown of the head, one clearly visualizes stacked A syllables, and from top to bottom, one gathers them into the heart and abides there. Or, one focuses the mind on a ball of light in the heart, and so on. In short, if one has a definite understanding of the nature of mind, then one should also understand the intention of those who initially engage in many elaborations of objects. In any case, when the time of dawn bird song arrives, the session leader recites the transformation mantra and the preliminary practices for empowering strength, and then beats the drum, and recites the activity manual of whichever peaceful or wrathful deity, recitation, offering, praise, gathering, arising as the deity, etc. After that, no matter how much daily practice one recites, one does not beat the drum, but recites in a state of practice, and when one sees the hand gestures, the session is over. One lights a fire, and at this time one offers the hundredfold offerings, and while offering white torma, one strikes the ting shag cymbals. Immediately after enjoying morning tea.

After completing the incense offering, a short daily incense offering can be arranged, and then meet when the sun is high, or after tea, start the practice as before. Moreover, this practice interval should be about one-third shorter than the formal practice. Instruments can be various types of flutes made of copper, iron, wood, conch shells, etc., and it is acceptable even if no one plays them. The blowing methods include the seven blows of the eagle's nest style and the nine blows of Gambo, which actually have the same meaning. Specifically, first, to convey information, blow a soft and short piece of music, and relax slightly. Then there are two soft and long pieces of music. Then there are two pieces of music that are higher and longer than before. Then there is a piece of music that is even higher than before, with about five vibrato. After that, there is a short and slightly stronger piece of music. Finally, there is a very strong piece of music, shorter than before, which is the seven blows. Its meaning is: the first two represent the Guru, meaning "Guru, Guru." The next three, with echoes, mean "Know, know, know." The last two are (Tibetan: ཧཱུྃ, Sanskrit Devanagari: हुं, Sanskrit Romanization: hūṃ, Literal Chinese meaning: Hum) and (Tibetan: ཕཊ྄ཿ, Sanskrit Devanagari: फट्, Sanskrit Romanization: phaṭ, Literal Chinese meaning: Phat). The blowing method of the Gambo school is similar. First blow three sections, which is the way to call the Guru. The next three are "Know, know, know," and then a long note with an echo, a total of seven. (Tibetan: ཧཱུྃ, Sanskrit Devanagari: हुं, Sanskrit Romanization: hūṃ, Literal Chinese meaning: Hum) and (Tibetan: ཕཊ྄ཿ, Sanskrit Devanagari: फट्, Sanskrit Romanization: phaṭ, Literal Chinese meaning: Phat) are the same as before. The blowing method of the Chod practice is the Yabje lineage: (Tibetan: ཨོཾ, Sanskrit Devanagari: ॐ, Sanskrit Romanization: oṃ, Literal Chinese meaning: Om) soft and long, with a slight vibrato in the middle. (Tibetan: ཧཱུྃ, Sanskrit Devanagari: हुं, Sanskrit Romanization: hūṃ, Literal Chinese meaning: Hum) stronger than the previous sound, the vibrato is like a horse neighing. (Tibetan: ཏྲཾ, Sanskrit Devanagari: त्रं, Sanskrit Romanization: traṃ, Literal Chinese meaning: Tram) strong and slightly fierce, slightly short. (Tibetan: ཧྲཱིཿ, Sanskrit Devanagari: ह्रीः, Sanskrit Romanization: hrīḥ, Literal Chinese meaning: Hrih) long and with vibrato, pleasant to the ear. (Tibetan: ཨཱཿ, Sanskrit Devanagari: आः, Sanskrit Romanization: āḥ, Literal Chinese meaning: Ah) similar to the previous one, but slightly raised at the end and cut off the sound. That is to say, except for the Chod practice, for other practices, once the leg bell is put down, everyone beats the drum together and recites the refuge verses of the Gongdu Sutra. There is also a tradition of reciting "Alas! All Buddhas of the three times" and the seven-branch offering, as well as reciting "The past, future, and present three times..." If it is difficult to find scriptures, reciting the Jinyetsudag is also acceptable. As mentioned earlier, it is very important to maintain awareness during practice. If this still cannot stop delusions, then practice the visualization and recitation of a deity with form, or practice formless Tummo and the view, practice, and conduct of the teachings. If you are not accustomed to the channels and winds from the beginning, then adjust according to the size of the delusions, the time, and the place. It is said that even if you are not accustomed to it, but if you are over fifty years old and your body functions begin to decline, it is better to stop learning new Trulkhor yogas than to learn soft winds and intermediate winds. For those who are in the prime of their youth, it is best to do it in late autumn and early winter.
