Regarding the practice of the four modes of delivery, one should ascertain the nature of mind and practice according to the respective teachings of Mahamudra, Dzogchen, Madhyamaka, and Zhi-gCod. However, nowadays it seems difficult to find someone who can distinguish the essence and methods of recognizing the view, meditation, conduct, and result according to their respective teachings. This clearly shows my own realization that my wisdom is not broad enough. In general, in the Sutra tradition of both Sutra and Tantra, the Shravakas stop the subtle and coarse conceptualizations, abandon afflictions like poison, and the Pratyekabuddhas reverse the principle of dependent origination. In common with the Paramita vehicle and below, the establishment of the two types of selflessness, etc., although detailed descriptions in writing are frightening, they are not necessary here. However, in the Sutra tradition, there are many explanations of how to establish Shamatha and Vipassana, and how to hold the mind, etc., and the ultimate practice is emptiness without elaboration. The Mahamudra practitioners, Jowo Je (Atisha) and Marpa and his disciples, follow the Sutra tradition to cultivate the mind, which is largely in accordance with the Sutra tradition, and the order of the twelve yogas and the divisions of the ten bhumis and five paths also appear. But if analyzed carefully, it can be summarized into three: abiding, moving, and knowing, such as "abiding is happiness, moving is suffering," which is like what Dzogchen practitioners say, "measuring the bed, the famine of lifespan practice," which seems to regard movement as an enemy. However, Je Nyi Gomchenpo, Mamakala, Nor Gyenpa, Zangpo Dorje, Karma Pakshi Rangjung Dorje, Rol Dorje, Drukpa Pema Karpo, etc., seem very similar to Dzogchen, and especially some followers of the Smar Tsang Kagyu, they ignore the essence and nature of the mind and only examine conceptualizations. The Svatantrika Madhyamikas consider the phenomena of conventional truth to be like dreams and illusions, and establish ultimate truth in the middle way, free from extremes. The Prasangika Madhyamikas do not even assert that there is a "middle way" to be clung to. Zhi and gCod are roughly similar, directly cutting off the collection of discriminations of good and bad, and maintaining the sharpness of the cutter's awareness without distraction. The Dzogchen Semde believes that the phenomena of samsara and nirvana are inseparable from the mind, which is similar to the view of the Chittamatrins, although some say so. But the Longde believes that through the imputation of mind, all phenomena have never gone beyond the realm of the all-perfect Samantabhadri.

According to the Manngagde, the master of view, meditation, and action, Rangrig Zangthal, considers the object of memory and the master of memory as inseparable and one, which should also be understood as tainted. Moreover, during practice, although it is necessary to determine through hearing, thinking, and meditating according to each respective scripture, the ultimate carrier is separate and solitary, like all rivers merging into the ocean as one taste. In short, if one wants to gather the three divisions of Dzogchen into one, then during practice, first, regarding the body, flesh, blood, and coarse aggregates, as well as speech, sound, and verbal expressions, is the so-called mind similar to these two, having the form of shape or sound? If there is no such form, then let it search without flying away like a bird, which is extremely important for the initial practitioner. When searching in this way, if one recognizes that the past, future, and present are the mind of the stream of conceptual thoughts flowing like a river, it will be as easy to understand as recognizing a thief. After recognizing this way, let it search for the initial place of origin, the middle dwelling place, and the final destination of this mind. When the source of these three cannot be found except for the searcher himself, also let it carefully observe the shape and color. If, as before, it is determined that the root of the lie will surely collapse, then now do not meditate distractedly even for a moment. When ordered to meditate in this way, because one does not understand what to meditate on, some will fall into a state of blankness and non-indication, some will wander in a state of agitation as before, and most will experience feelings of bliss, clarity, and non-thought, etc., and uncertain situations will arise. For these, give appropriate teachings, and it is very important to only value non-distraction and suppress it with mindfulness and retention. In this way, carefully examine and analyze whether the stream of mindfulness is interrupted, and strive to persevere. Unknowingly, one will obtain various experiences of calm abiding and insight. If one realizes that it is not just patching up with the wisdom of insight, then saying self-arisen wisdom is also in vain. In general, most of the hermits in Kham, U-Tsang, and Tibet have abandoned view, meditation, and action, and are imitating the rules of the monastic community. Dorsem, Lhalung, Palri, etc., have also abandoned the practice of the generation and completion stages and are focusing on memorization, as well as dance, mandala, and music, which is exactly what you expect. Here in Kham, Kathok Monastery and Palyul Monastery value practice, rather than Sherdzong Monastery, Dzogchen Monastery,
