Like practicing perverse mantras.’ Thus it is said. Furthermore, in the Mahayana, if a Bodhisattva clings to the Dharma according to the literal meaning of the words, twenty-eight kinds of downfalls will occur, which are like rotten seeds. Therefore, being corrupted by them, they dwell in a state of inferiority. The three foolish ones abide in this way. Even if one practices virtue with wrong views, all will be endowed with inexhaustible karmic results.’ Therefore, wrong views themselves are the state of inferiority. Secondly, if one thinks that things exist, it is not so. As shown before, it itself is like space. Among the proponents of philosophical tenets, the yogis among the Mind-Only school are extremely deluded in their minds. Not only in the nature of phenomena, but also in the space of the characteristics of phenomena, they are extremely deluded. How can one examine space? Although one knows that there is nothing to grasp with knowledge, one can still use terms such as explanation in conventional language. Besides, there is nothing else, or it is like grasping space as something real. Therefore, the fruits of generosity and so on, experiencing the happiness of samsara, are also contaminated states, and there is ultimately no basis for benefit. They only obtain happiness for a short period of time, but they do not speak of liberation from samsara or afflictions of karma. As Nagarjuna said: ‘Indra, having become worthy of offerings in the world, falls to the ground again due to the power of karma. The Chakravartin also becomes a slave in samsara.’ Thus it is said. Thirdly, if one asks what liberates, as shown before, the fault of clinging to extremes, therefore one should not say that things exist. One should also abandon the thought that things do not exist. Those who wish to attain the state of omniscience should not abide in either extreme, nor should they abide in the middle of the two. Not abiding in any way is liberation. Detailed Explanation of Internal and External Schools and Wisdom Secondly, in the detailed explanation of internal and external schools, there are two explanations: the external schools that should be abandoned after understanding, and the internal schools that should be adopted. First, it is divided into three parts: stating their doctrinal assertions; explaining their behavioral codes and meditation methods; revealing their inverted errors, thereby refuting them. First, it is divided into two types: the view of permanence and the view of annihilation. The first is the view of permanence. --------------------------------------------------------------------------------
