Da tsa le tsa le hung phat. Naga ra tsa ma ra ya hung phat. Recite these. The supreme signs of accomplishing in this way are: The best is that dakinis descend on the plain; The intermediate is that sentient beings become intoxicated; The lowest is that good omens appear in dreams. Once signs appear, one should put them into action; The method of action should be learned elsewhere. Thus it is said. Here, if you want to avert curses: Change 'ཉི་ (nyi)' (sun) to 'ཞེས་ (zhes)' (say); Replace 'ནཱ་ག་ (nā ga)' (naga) with 'རྦོད་གཏོང་ (rbod gtong)' (curse), and it will be accomplished. In addition, the methods of transforming and the essential instructions for subduing the Eight Classes of beings, such as the Kilaya, should also be understood. This is the outer practice; Delighting in elaboration, therefore, take it to heart. The qualities of this practice are beyond words: It can subdue the arrogant; The earth lords, planets, nagas, fierce spirits, and demons; The Eight Classes of beings, including kings; Will not cause harm, but will become servants. Thus it is said, and in this way, through the recitation and practice of the outer practice, from the activity of raining down hail to the fourteen activities of the vajra kilaya, all can be easily accomplished. Second is the inner practice, the secret mantra of the wrathful one—the one with the Garuda crest: First, generate the supreme bodhicitta; From emptiness, in an instant; Upon a seat of sun, moon, and lotus; From ཧཱུྃ་ (hūṃ)(Tibetan, Devanagari: हुं, Romanized Sanskrit: hūṃ, meaning: destruction)arise as oneself—the wrathful one; Extremely wrathful, with the form of Yama; Seated in a posture of stretching and contracting on a fierce seat; Dark blue-black, fierce, right hand raising a vajra; Left hand making the threatening gesture, releasing a Garuda chick; On a full face, baring fierce fangs; Three eyes glaring, blazing like the fire of the eon's end; Beard, eyebrows, and mustache extremely contracted; Mouth open, tongue curled, wrathful wrinkles extremely majestic; Hair reddish-black, standing on end, adorned with skulls; Adorned with the Five Buddha Families as a crown, wearing the eight charnel ground ornaments; Dwelling in the center of a fire mass, upon a sun disc at the heart; In the center of the vajra, the root mantra encircles the ཧཱུྃ་ (hūṃ)(Tibetan, Devanagari: हुं, Romanized Sanskrit: hūṃ, meaning: destruction); Rotating to the right, rays of light emanate from the mouth; Offering to the noble ones, purifying the obscurations of beings, all appearances and existence; The essence of the Buddhas, mantras, and the nature of the Dharmakaya, the nectar of accomplishment; Gathering here, dissolving into the life force of oneself; Om Vajra Chanda Maha Rosana Hum Phat. Garuta Tsale Tsale Hum Phat. Accomplishment is achieved by reciting one hundred thousand times. Thereafter, a sequence of signs will appear: The best is seeing the deity directly, the intermediate is experience, the lowest is in dreams: Seeing the face of the wrathful one and the Garuda; Lifting mountains, the sun and moon circling the head; Flames blazing, the ocean drying up, the Naga hosts being killed; Subduing the malicious, oneself gaining victory; Manifesting great miracles, then becoming peaceful; Riding a Garuda as a horse, flying in the sky; Experiencing joy, awareness clear, courage arising; The appearance of bloody flesh, killing humans and horses. Thus it appears. --------------------------------------------------------------------------------
