金刚持内外密法.降伏诸魔 那摩班杂达Ra雅（藏文：ན་མོ་བཛྲ་དྷཱ་རཱ་ཡ།，梵文天城体：नमो वज्रधाराय，梵文罗马拟音：Namo Vajradharaya，汉语字面意思：顶礼金刚持）。于此，获得灌顶且安住誓言的修行者，此忿怒尊之修法处：天地人三界、岩山，深蓝黑色，树木与大水交织，各种有情发出不同声音。或者，安乐且令人愉悦之处，生长蓝色花朵之地，尸陀林、单树等处。 以 रत्न（藏文，梵文天城体，梵文罗马拟音，汉语字面意思：宝）坛城，量度一箭之长，中央以ཨེ་（藏文，梵文天城体，梵文罗马拟音，汉语字面意思：E）字化为三弯月，四瓣莲花八叶。门完整，以金刚火焰为饰。其中心为天铁金刚之形。陈设朵玛、供品。自己安坐于舒适之座。准备好总供朵玛，下达指令，并设立结界。先行修持四无量心等。 念诵ཨོཾ་ཨཱཿཧཱུྃ་（藏文，梵文天城体，梵文罗马拟音，汉语字面意思：嗡啊吽）三字，以清净三门之咒语，净化所有罪障，观想为空性。之后是次第禅定：如是之禅定，观想诸法皆为空性。之后是普现禅定，观想为遍布的广大慈悲。之后是因之禅定，观想心性为ཧཱུྃ་（藏文，梵文天城体，梵文罗马拟音，汉语字面意思：吽）字。从ཧཱུྃ་（藏文，梵文天城体，梵文罗马拟音，汉语字面意思：吽）字放出རཾ་（藏文，梵文天城体，梵文罗马拟音，汉语字面意思：让）字，以火焚烧；放出ཡཾ་（藏文，梵文天城体，梵文罗马拟音，汉语字面意思：扬）字，以风摧毁一切；放出ཁཾ་（藏文，梵文天城体，梵文罗马拟音，汉语字面意思：康）字，以水洗涤一切。一切化为空性之后，从ཧཱུྃ་（藏文，梵文天城体，梵文罗马拟音，汉语字面意思：吽）字放出ཨེ་（藏文，梵文天城体，梵文罗马拟音，汉语字面意思：E）字，化为虚空；放出ཡཾ་（藏文，梵文天城体，梵文罗马拟音，汉语字面意思：扬）字，化为风的坛城；放出ར་（藏文，梵文天城体，梵文罗马拟音，汉语字面意思：让）字，化为血的海洋；放出སུཾ་（藏文，梵文天城体，梵文罗马拟音，汉语字面意思：桑）字，化为广阔的土地；放出ཀེཾ་（藏文，梵文天城体，梵文罗马拟音，汉语字面意思：刚）字，化为骨头的山王。 放出བྷྲུྃ་（藏文，梵文天城体，梵文罗马拟音，汉语字面意思：部隆）字，化为 रत्न（藏文，梵文天城体，梵文罗马拟音，汉语字面意思：宝）的宫殿。外部由五种珍宝构成，内部是颅骨的宫殿。内外空明，光芒四射。四门有须弥山、摩羯鱼，以及天魔、夜叉、青蛙的食子装饰。以蛇的头和珍宝为帷幔，天神、龙族的柱子，八曜为横梁，星宿为帷幔，以颅骨念珠悬挂，用鲜血涂抹。在火焰金刚的中央，ཨེ་（藏文，梵文天城体，梵文罗马拟音，汉语字面意思：E）字中央有太阳，ཨ་（藏文，梵文天城体，梵文罗马拟音，汉语字面意思：阿）字化为月亮，在莲花之上，傲慢男女的座垫上。从虚空之中降下ཧཱུྃ་（藏文，梵文天城体，梵文罗马拟音，汉语字面意思：吽）字。 念诵：ཨོཾ་བཛྲ་ཙཎྚ་མ་ཧཱ་རོ་ཥ་ཎ་ཧཱུྃ་ཕཊ༔（藏文，梵文天城体，梵文罗马拟音，汉语字面意思：嗡 班杂 旃扎 玛哈 罗卡那 吽 啪特）。如是念诵，伟大的忿怒尊，是胜过三界的化身。身躯巨大，肢体粗壮，深蓝黑色，一面二臂。右手高举五股金刚杵，左手忿怒印置于胸前。安坐于傲慢男女的座垫上，右腿弯曲，左腿伸展，姿态威严。身穿虎皮裙，张开嘴，露出锋利的牙齿，三眼怒视，红如鲜血。耳环和饰品……

Vajradhara's Outer and Inner Secret Practices: Subduing All Demons Namo Vajradharaya (藏文：ན་མོ་བཛྲ་དྷཱ་རཱ་ཡ།，梵文天城体：नमो वज्रधाराय，梵文罗马拟音：Namo Vajradharaya，English literal meaning: Homage to Vajradhara). Here, for the practitioner who has received empowerment and abides by the vows, the place for practicing this Wrathful King: the three realms of heaven, earth, and man, rocky mountains, dark blue-black, a mix of trees and great waters, various sentient beings making different sounds. Or, a place that is peaceful and delightful, where blue flowers grow, a charnel ground, a single tree, etc. With a Ratna (藏文，梵文天城体，梵文罗马拟音，汉语字面意思：Jewel) mandala, measure one arrow's length, in the center E (藏文，梵文天城体，梵文罗马拟音，汉语字面意思：E) transforms into three crescent moons, four-petaled lotus with eight leaves. The gate is complete, adorned with vajra flames. In its center is the form of a sky-iron vajra. Arrange the torma and offerings. Sit oneself on a comfortable seat. Prepare the general offering torma, issue commands, and establish boundaries. First practice the four immeasurables, etc. Recite Om Ah Hum (藏文，梵文天城体，梵文罗马拟音，汉语字面意思：Om Ah Hum), the mantra of the three purifications, purify all faults and obscurations, and contemplate emptiness. Then, the stages of meditation: the Suchness meditation, contemplate all phenomena as emptiness. Then, the All-Appearing meditation, contemplate as vast, all-pervading compassion. Then, the Cause meditation, contemplate the mind itself as the letter Hum (藏文，梵文天城体，梵文罗马拟音，汉语字面意思：Hum). From Hum (藏文，梵文天城体，梵文罗马拟音，汉语字面意思：Hum) emanates Ram (藏文，梵文天城体，梵文罗马拟音，汉语字面意思：Ram), burning with fire; Yam (藏文，梵文天城体，梵文罗马拟音，汉语字面意思：Yam) emanates, destroying everything with wind; Kham (藏文，梵文天城体，梵文罗马拟音，汉语字面意思：Kham) emanates, washing everything away with water. After everything is transformed into emptiness, from Hum (藏文，梵文天城体，梵文罗马拟音，汉语字面意思：Hum) emanates E (藏文，梵文天城体，梵文罗马拟音，汉语字面意思：E), transforming into space; Yam (藏文，梵文天城体，梵文罗马拟音，汉语字面意思：Yam) emanates, transforming into a wind mandala; Ra (藏文，梵文天城体，梵文罗马拟音，汉语字面意思：Ram) emanates, transforming into an ocean of blood; Sum (藏文，梵文天城体，梵文罗马拟音，汉语字面意思：Sum) emanates, transforming into a vast land; Kem (藏文，梵文天城体，梵文罗马拟音，汉语字面意思：Kem) emanates, transforming into a mountain king of bones. Bhrum (藏文，梵文天城体，梵文罗马拟音，汉语字面意思：Bhrum) emanates, transforming into a Ratna (藏文，梵文天城体，梵文罗马拟音，汉语字面意思：Jewel) palace. The exterior is made of five precious jewels, the interior is a palace of skulls. The inner and outer are clear and radiant. The four gates have Mount Meru, makaras, and are adorned with torma offerings of gods, demons, and frogs. With snake heads and jewels as curtains, the pillars of gods and nagas, the eight planets as beams, constellations as curtains, with strings of skulls hanging, smeared with blood. In the center of the flaming vajra, in the center of E (藏文，梵文天城体，梵文罗马拟音，汉语字面意思：E) is the sun, A (藏文，梵文天城体，梵文罗马拟音，汉语字面意思：A) transforms into the moon, on top of a lotus, on the seats of arrogant men and women. From the expanse of the sky descends Hum (藏文，梵文天城体，梵文罗马拟音，汉语字面意思：Hum). Recite: Om Vajra Chandamaharoshana Hum Phet (藏文，梵文天城体，梵文罗马拟音，汉语字面意思：Om Vajra Chanda Maharoshana Hum Phet). Reciting thus, the great wrathful one, is the embodiment that overcomes the three realms. The body is huge, the limbs are stout, dark blue-black, one face, two arms. The right hand holds aloft a five-pronged vajra, the left hand holds the wrathful mudra at the heart. Seated on the seats of arrogant men and women, the right leg bent, the left leg extended, in a majestic posture. Wearing a tiger skin skirt, opening the mouth, revealing sharp teeth, three eyes glaring red as blood.
