If someone troubles the Buddha's teachings, Let the oath-bound protector (Tibetan: སྲུང་མ་དམ་ཅན) Ramdar (Tibetan: ར་མདར་) subdue them. Drive on! Dharma-protecting armies. Punish! Enemies and obstacles. Gonpo's (Tibetan: མགོན་པོ, Lord) army punish the enemy! Mamo's (Tibetan: མ་མོ, Protectress) army punish the enemy! Yama's (Tibetan: གཤིན་རྗེ, Death Lord) army punish the enemy! Yakshas' (Tibetan: གནོད་སྦྱིན་) army punish the enemy! Gods' army punish the enemy! Nagas' army punish the enemy! Nyen's (Tibetan: གཉན་, fierce spirits) army punish the enemy! Seeks opportunities to oppose mantra-holders. Says practitioners have no deities. Says the Dharma has no truth. Says you protectors have no power. I am innocent, yet he accuses me. Imposes debts for no reason. Threatens my life for no reason. Therefore, now is the time to fulfill the ten conditions for killing. This is a great sinner who fulfills the ten conditions for killing. If this sinner is not quickly killed, The teachings of the Three Jewels (Sanskrit: Triratna) will be destroyed. The protectors will lose the power of their oaths. Therefore, protectors, do not be lazy! Therefore, protectors, do not weaken your power! Therefore, protectors, do not diminish your abilities! The time has come, oath-bound deities! I entrust to you, deal with the enemies and obstacles! Seize them, take them away, subdue them!
