从吽 (ཧཱུྃ) 字中，寂静尊（ཞི་བ）发出白色阿 (ཨཱ) 字，忿怒尊（ཁྲོ་བོ）发出无数蓝色黑色帕 (ཕཊ) 字， 以此激发所有圣尊（འཕགས་པ）的意誓，并将所有众生（སེམས་ཅན）度至佛位（སངས་རྒྱས），然后收摄回来，这些字形转化为寂静与忿怒之身，充满十方世界（ཕྱོགས་བཅུའི་འཇིག་རྟེན་གྱི་ཁམས），咒语之声如蜂巢嗡鸣般回响，此为语之念诵。 此时，观想本尊（སྐུ་ལྷར）清晰显现，口诵心咒（གསུང་སྙིང་པོ），心怀广大智慧（ཐུགས་ཡེ་ཤེས），三者无别，进行放射与收摄，此二者依次对应如镜智、妙观察智、法界体性智、平等性智、成所作智五种智慧， 一切皆融入大勇士（དཔའ་ཆེན་པོ）无二之心中，安住于自生智慧（རང་བྱུང་གི་ཡེ་ཤེས）之中，此为意之念诵。具备如此之观想，如前述本尊生起之次第， 念诵所有忿怒本尊（ཁྲོ་བོའི་ལྷ་རྒྱུད）之精华，至尊总集根本咒（ཆེ་མཆོག་གི་རྩ་སྔགས）十三字咒，以及所有忿怒尊之精华，真实之如如（ཡང་དག་གི་རུ་ལུ）九字咒，以及阎魔法王（གཤིན་རྗེ་གཤེད）之母神（མ་གཤིན）百万眷属之命心（སྲོག་སྙིང）阿卓（ཨཱ་ཀྲོ）十七字咒， 以及所有语之本尊（གསུང་གི་ལྷ་རྒྱུད）之精华，马头明王（རྟ་མགྲིན）之字。如念诵引导文所说，为十九字。（注：或为十五字），以及事业本尊（ཕྲིན་ལས་ལྷ་རྒྱུད）之精华，金刚橛（ཕུར་པ）之嘎拉亚（ཀཱི་ལ་ཡ）十五字咒，以及有界母神（སྲིད་པ་མ་མོ）之精华三十一字咒，以及傲慢众集（དྲེགས་པ་འདུས）之精华十一字咒，以及诛法猛咒（དམོད་པ་དྲག་སྔགས）之精华九字咒，以及持明上师（རིག་འཛིན་བླ་མ）之精华十三字咒。应如是念诵。 若有时间，亦可进行念诵引导与长寿修法。之后，进行会供（ཚོགས）之供养，陈设血肉酒等誓言物，并加持之： 吽 (ཧཱུྃ)！以金刚般之智慧（རྡོ་རྗེ་ལྟ་བུའི་ཡེ་ཤེས་ཀྱིས），觉知诸法皆如幻（ཆོས་ཀུན་སྒྱུ་མར་རིག་པ་ལས），从觉性之智慧（རིག་པའི་ཡེ་ཤེས）中发出让 (རྃ) 扬 (ཡྃ) 康 (ཁྃ) 三字， 从中生出火、风、水，焚烧、摧毁、洗涤会供之分别念（ཚོགས་ཀྱི་རྣམ་རྟོག），让 (རྃ) 扬 (ཡྃ) 康 (ཁྃ)！ 吽 (ཧཱུྃ)！以金刚般之智慧（རྡོ་རྗེ་ལྟ་བུའི་ཡེ་ཤེས་ཀྱིས），觉知诸法皆如幻（ཆོས་ཀུན་སྒྱུ་མར་རིག་པ་ལས），从觉性之智慧（རིག་པའི་ཡེ་ཤེས）中发出仲 (བྷྲཱུྃ) 字， 将供品转化为所欲之会供（རྫས་རྣམས་འདོད་ཡོན་ཚོགས་སུ་བསྒྱུར），嗡 (ཨོཾ) 字净化不净与过患，阿 (ཨཱཿ) 字增长无量，吽 (ཧཱུྃ) 字随欲转变各种所需， 舍 (ཧྲཱིཿ) 字周遍一切，仲 (བྷྲཱུྃ) 嗡 (ཨོཾ) 阿 (ཨཱཿ) 吽 (ཧཱུྃ) 舍 (ཧྲཱིཿ)！之后，迎请： 吽 (ཧཱུྃ)！从法界无生之最胜处（ཆོས་དབྱིངས་སྐྱེ་མེད་གནས་མཆོག་དམ་པ་དང་），以及大乐圆满报身之净土（བདེ་ཆེན་ལོངས་སྤྱོད་རྫོགས་སྐུའི་ཞིང་ཁམས་དང་），以及大悲方便寂静忿怒之殊胜宫殿（ཐུགས་རྗེ་ཐབས་མཁས་ཞི་ཁྲོའི་ཕོ་བྲང་མཆོག），自生任运九尊之坛城（རང་བྱུང་ལྷུན་གྲུབ་དགུ་ཡི་གཞལ་ཡས）！

From the syllable Hūṃ (ཧཱུྃ), from the Peaceful Ones (ཞི་བ) emanates white Ā (ཨཱ), and from the Wrathful Ones (ཁྲོ་བོ) emanate countless blue-black Phaṭ (ཕཊ) syllables, Thus stimulating the vows of all Noble Ones (འཕགས་པ), and liberating all sentient beings (སེམས་ཅན) to Buddhahood (སངས་རྒྱས), then gathering back, these letters transform into the bodies of the Peaceful and Wrathful Ones, filling all realms of the ten directions (ཕྱོགས་བཅུའི་འཇིག་རྟེན་གྱི་ཁམས), the sound of the mantra resonates like the buzzing of a beehive, this is the speech recitation. At this time, visualize the deity (སྐུ་ལྷར) clearly, recite the heart mantra (གསུང་སྙིང་པོ), and hold vast wisdom in your heart (ཐུགས་ཡེ་ཤེས), the three are inseparable, performing emanation and absorption, these two correspond in order to the five wisdoms: mirror-like wisdom, discriminating wisdom, the wisdom of the dharmadhatu, equality wisdom, and accomplishing wisdom, Everything merges into the non-dual heart of the Great Hero (དཔའ་ཆེན་པོ), abiding in the self-born wisdom (རང་བྱུང་གི་ཡེ་ཤེས), this is the mind recitation. Possessing such contemplation, as in the aforementioned deity generation sequence, Recite the essence of all Wrathful Deities (ཁྲོ་བོའི་ལྷ་རྒྱུད), the thirteen-syllable root mantra (ཆེ་མཆོག་གི་རྩ་སྔགས) of the Supreme Chief Assembly, and the essence of all Wrathful Ones, the nine-syllable mantra of true reality (ཡང་དག་གི་རུ་ལུ), and the life-essence (སྲོག་སྙིང) Ā Kṛo (ཨཱ་ཀྲོ) seventeen-syllable mantra of the Mother of Yama (གཤིན་རྗེ་གཤེད) and her million retinues, And the essence of all Speech Deities (གསུང་གི་ལྷ་རྒྱུད), the syllable of Hayagrīva (རྟ་མགྲིན). As stated in the recitation instructions, it is nineteen syllables. (Note: or fifteen syllables), and the essence of the Activity Deities (ཕྲིན་ལས་ལྷ་རྒྱུད), the fifteen-syllable mantra Kīlaya (ཀཱི་ལ་ཡ) of Vajrakīla (ཕུར་པ), and the thirty-one-syllable mantra of the Queen of Existence (སྲིད་པ་མ་མོ), and the eleven-syllable mantra of the Assembly of Arrogance (དྲེགས་པ་འདུས), and the nine-syllable mantra of the Fierce Curse (དམོད་པ་དྲག་སྔགས), and the thirteen-syllable mantra of the Vidyādhara Guru (རིག་འཛིན་བླ་མ). Recite them as such. If there is time, one can also perform recitation guidance and longevity practices. Afterwards, perform the Gaṇacakra (ཚོགས) offering, arrange the samaya substances such as meat and alcohol, and bless them: Hūṃ (ཧཱུྃ)! With vajra-like wisdom (རྡོ་རྗེ་ལྟ་བུའི་ཡེ་ཤེས་ཀྱིས), knowing all dharmas as illusion (ཆོས་ཀུན་སྒྱུ་མར་རིག་པ་ལས), from the wisdom of awareness (རིག་པའི་ཡེ་ཤེས) emanate the syllables Raṃ (རྃ), Yaṃ (ཡྃ), Khaṃ (ཁྃ), From which arise fire, wind, and water, burning, destroying, and washing away the conceptual thoughts of the Gaṇacakra (ཚོགས་ཀྱི་རྣམ་རྟོག), Raṃ (རྃ), Yaṃ (ཡྃ), Khaṃ (ཁྃ)! Hūṃ (ཧཱུྃ)! With vajra-like wisdom (རྡོ་རྗེ་ལྟ་བུའི་ཡེ་ཤེས་ཀྱིས), knowing all dharmas as illusion (ཆོས་ཀུན་སྒྱུ་མར་རིག་པ་ལས), from the wisdom of awareness (རིག་པའི་ཡེ་ཤེས) emanates the syllable Bhrūṃ (བྷྲཱུྃ), Transforming the offerings into the desired Gaṇacakra (རྫས་རྣམས་འདོད་ཡོན་ཚོགས་སུ་བསྒྱུར), the syllable Oṃ (ཨོཾ) purifies impurities and faults, the syllable Āḥ (ཨཱཿ) increases immeasurably, the syllable Hūṃ (ཧཱུྃ) transforms into whatever is desired, The syllable Hrīḥ (ཧྲཱིཿ) pervades everything, Bhrūṃ (བྷྲཱུྃ) Oṃ (ཨོཾ) Āḥ (ཨཱཿ) Hūṃ (ཧཱུྃ) Hrīḥ (ཧྲཱིཿ)! Afterwards, invite: Hūṃ (ཧཱུྃ)! From the supreme abode of the unborn Dharmadhātu (ཆོས་དབྱིངས་སྐྱེ་མེད་གནས་མཆོག་དམ་པ་དང་), and the pure land of the Great Blissful Saṃbhogakāya (བདེ་ཆེན་ལོངས་སྤྱོད་རྫོགས་སྐུའི་ཞིང་ཁམས་དང་), and the excellent palace of the compassionate and skillful Peaceful and Wrathful Ones (ཐུགས་རྗེ་ཐབས་མཁས་ཞི་ཁྲོའི་ཕོ་བྲང་མཆོག), the spontaneously accomplished maṇḍala of the nine self-arisen deities (རང་བྱུང་ལྷུན་གྲུབ་དགུ་ཡི་གཞལ་ཡས)! --------------------------------------------------------------------------------
