As in accordance with the previous commands and vows, please perform the activities of offering properly. I beseech the Peaceful and Wrathful Sugatas (Buddhas) and their retinues, now is the crucial moment for your firm vows. You must protect the Buddha's teachings, promote the glory of the Three Jewels, accomplish the Vajra Master's intentions, fulfill the expectations of practitioners, avert the calamities of sponsors and benefactors, turn back the harm of retinues and adverse conditions, eliminate obstacles, extend life, increase wealth, and subdue enemies and demonic forces. I urge you to remember your vows and accomplish your activities! Namo Samaya Bhyo Bhyo Bhyo! (Tibetan: ན་མོ་ས་མ་ཡ་བྷྱོ་བྷྱོ་བྷྱོ།, Sanskrit Devanagari: नमः समय भ्यो भ्यो भ्यो, Sanskrit Romanization: namaḥ samaya bhyo bhyo bhyo, Literal meaning: Homage, Vow, All!) In short, it is sufficient with common activities. Next is urging the remembrance of vows: Hūṃ! From the unborn pure space of the Dharmadhatu, through the magical display of means, manifest the Eight Great Heruka deities. Please manifest yourselves in terrifying forms and effortlessly accomplish fierce activities! Declaring the severance: Hūṃ! In the beginning of the past kalpa, in the secret and supreme mandala of Akanishta, Samantabhadra, the Great Supreme Heruka, when he spoke the tantras of the assembled Sugatas, the parents of the Five Families (Five Dhyani Buddhas), the male and female Bodhisattvas, each manifested their body, speech, and mind, and as they promised and vowed, please enjoy the offering torma and accomplish the activities! Thereafter, at the beginning of the intermediate kalpa, in the supreme place of the hidden Vidyadharas, the chief Vidyadhara Vajradharma, when he compiled the words and meanings of the tantras, the Dharma protectors, gods, demons, and the eight classes, each manifested their body, speech, and mind, as they promised and vowed, please enjoy the offering torma and accomplish the activities! Thereafter, in the later part of the final kalpa, in the supreme place known as the three celestial realms, the eight great accomplished Vidyadharas, when they wrote down all the tantras, the individual Dharma protectors of the Eight Great Heruka practices, each manifested their body, speech, and mind, as they promised and vowed, please enjoy the offering torma and accomplish the activities! Thereafter, when the degenerate age arrived, in the great charnel ground, the cool forest, the great Dakini Lāsyā, when she bestowed the secret mantra tantras as treasures, all beings, including the arrogant assembly of existence and the world, each manifested their body, speech, and mind, as they promised and vowed, please enjoy the offering torma! Thereafter, when the age of strife arrived, beside the great stupa, the eight accomplished masters, when they meditated for seven days, the arrogant ones handed over the treasure box to them, each manifested their body, speech, and mind, as they promised and vowed, please enjoy the offering torma!
