ཧཱུྃ༔ 守护世间教法，如所承诺立誓，莫违背誓言，享用此庄严食子，成办所托事业。嘛嘛 达吉尼 巴陵达 卡嘿。（藏文：མ་མ་ཌཱ་ཀི་ནཱི་བ་ལིངྟ་ཁཱ་ཧི།，梵文天城体：mamadakinibalimta khahi，梵文罗马拟音：mama dakini balimta khahi，汉语字面意思：嘛嘛，空行母，食子，吃）。然后将食子盘倒扣，跳金刚舞： 吽！于诛杀怨敌之心中，以金刚界之舞击之，寂静菩提心之舞，令暴烈恶毒顿然转变。 于诛杀怨敌之身躯上，以大胜乐尊众之舞击之，圆满一切功德之舞，遣除无余愚昧黑暗。 于诛杀怨敌之头颅上，以身之尊众之舞击之，调伏阎罗众之舞，从根本上摧毁傲慢自大。 于诛杀怨敌之喉咙上，以语之尊众之舞击之，无余摄集掌控之舞，将贪欲执着转为道用。 于诛杀怨敌之心间，以意之尊众之舞击之，饮血尊众嬉戏之舞，调伏并遣除嗔恨损害。 于诛杀怨敌之脐轮，以事业尊众之舞击之，以橛钉刺穿能所之舞，彻底断除嫉妒恶念。 于诛杀怨敌之密处，以抛掷尊众之舞击之，母曜空行如云汇聚，从深处干涸贪恋之波涛。 于诛杀怨敌之肢体上，以供赞尊众之舞击之，调伏世间傲慢之舞，役使天魔之众。 于诛杀怨敌之内脏中，以猛咒尊众之舞击之，降下诅咒猛咒之雨，将不顺之方碾为尘土。 于诛杀怨敌之分别念上，以持明尊众之舞击之，清净五蕴、十八界，圆满无余地道于法界。 诛杀怨敌，化为灰烬之舞！摧毁魔障，磨成粉末之舞！ 于六道处所摧毁之舞！斩断六道悬崖之舞！ 摧毁怖畏四魔之舞！诛杀秘密三仇之舞！ 无有间断地击舞吧！念诵百字明等。再次进行供养赞颂，并通过百字明忏悔补缺，祈请宽恕： 吽！我等因无明，身语意之放逸，违背誓言，做出违背诸佛寂怒本尊心意之事，深感惭愧，以忏悔之心坦白。祈请八大法行本尊众垂听！于法性平等大性中，因无明之故。

ཧཱུྃ༔ Protect the teachings of the world, as promised and vowed, do not deviate from the oath, enjoy this adorned Torma, and accomplish the entrusted tasks. Mama Dakini Balingta Khahi. (藏文：མ་མ་ཌཱ་ཀི་ནཱི་བ་ལིངྟ་ཁཱ་ཧི།，梵文天城体：mamadakinibalimta khahi，梵文罗马拟音：mama dakini balimta khahi，汉语字面意思：Mama, Dakini, Balimta, Eat). Then, turn the Torma plate upside down and perform the Vajra dance: Hum! In the mind of subduing enemies and obstacles, by striking the dance of the Vajra realm, the dance of peaceful Bodhicitta transforms the fierce and malicious. On the body of subduing enemies and obstacles, by striking the dance of the Great Supreme Assembly, the dance of perfecting all qualities eliminates all ignorance and darkness. On the head of subduing enemies and obstacles, by striking the dance of the deities of the body, the dance of taming the hosts of Yama destroys arrogance and pride from the root. On the throat of subduing enemies and obstacles, by striking the dance of the deities of speech, the dance of completely gathering and controlling transforms attachment and clinging into the path. In the heart of subduing enemies and obstacles, by striking the dance of the deities of mind, the dance of the blood-drinking hosts playing, tames and repels hatred and harm. On the navel of subduing enemies and obstacles, by striking the dance of the deities of activity, the dance of piercing phenomena with the phurba completely cuts off jealousy and evil thoughts. In the secret place of subduing enemies and obstacles, by striking the dance of the deities of casting, the mothers and Dakinis gather like clouds, drying up the waves of attachment from the depths. On the limbs of subduing enemies and obstacles, by striking the dance of the deities of offering and praise, the dance of taming worldly pride employs the hosts of gods and demons. In the entrails of subduing enemies and obstacles, by striking the dance of the deities of wrathful mantras, rains of curses and wrathful mantras fall, crushing the unfavorable sides into dust. On the conceptual thoughts of subduing enemies and obstacles, by striking the dance of the Vidyadhara deities, purifies the aggregates, elements, and sense bases, completing all the grounds and paths in the Dharmadhatu. The dance of destroying enemies into ashes! The dance of grinding demons into powder! The dance of destroying the six realms! The dance of cutting off the cliffs of the six realms! The dance of destroying the four fearsome Maras! The dance of killing the three secret enemies! Strike the dance without interruption! Recite the Hundred Syllable Mantra, etc. Again, make offerings and praises, and through the Hundred Syllable Mantra, confess deficiencies and request forgiveness: Hum! Due to our ignorance, the carelessness of body, speech, and mind, violating vows, doing things that contradict the minds of the peaceful and wrathful deities, we deeply regret and confess with a repentant heart. In the charnel ground, the supreme secret maṇḍala, wisdom blazes, in the ninefold expanse maṇḍala, The great glorious Heruka nine arise from the expanse, the supreme mothers, the Krodha nine, cling to his form. Skilled in the boundless expanse of the dharmadhātu, possessing the wisdom of the unattached five eyes. All who gather, come here without exception! To the gods, vidyādharas, and protectors, We, the vidyādhara yogis gathered here, through maturation and liberation, lineage practice, generation and completion stages, uphold the teachings. Having reached the end of the four approaches and accomplishments, we request empowerment and supreme accomplishments. Deity whose karma and compassion are in harmony, by the great oath of past commitment, Grant the vast array of body, speech, and mind accomplishments to us practitioners at this time. Oṃ Vajra Mahā Guru Śrī Heruka Deva Sarva Duṣṭān Ḍākinī Kāya Siddhi Oṃ! Vāka Siddhi Āḥ! Citta Siddhi Hūṃ! In this peaceful and wrathful all-encompassing maṇḍala, we yogis and our retinue, Practice the peaceful and wrathful deities, accomplishing supreme accomplishments and the four activities. Gather the environment and beings into supreme enlightenment, gather the alaya into unborn nirvāṇa. Non-abiding wisdom in the heart maṇḍala, rays of light return to Ya La La. In the expanse of great bliss bindu, Vajra Muṃ Hūṃ Hūṃ Hūṃ! By reciting this, all of appearance and existence dissolves into light and merges into the palace. Then gradually the retinue and the main deity merge into the heart-essence bindu, which also merges into the non-elaborate expanse, abiding in uncreated spontaneity. Again, arise as the deity with the root mantra, wear the armor, and place the vajra mudrā on the three places. In no way can it be destroyed or broken, the supreme armor of emptiness. Having conquered all realms of signs, abide victorious in all places. Name and sign are not established, non-abiding, non-separated, not accumulated. Protected by the dharmadhātu, even the Buddhas cannot see it. Oṃ Rulu Rulu Hūṃ Bhyo Hūṃ! Recite thus. Make the aspiration: Ho!
