What is intended. By accomplishing the aspiration to not be born in unfavorable circumstances, therefore, for those with wrong views who slander cause and effect; being born in the three lower realms such as hell; not hearing the teachings of the Buddha and the Buddha's Shravakas; being born in border regions where the four assemblies do not travel and where there is no Dharma; and those who are without complete faculties, that is, fools with defects in their mental and tongue faculties, and the condition of being mute. Those without complete faculties are called fools and mutes. It is said in the scriptures that the faculties are foolish and mute, therefore, separating "without complete faculties" in the various scriptures is a textual error. Being born as long-lived gods in the formless and formless realms, which are attached to the end of each, mostly not being free or not having the leisure to practice the sacred Dharma, the exhaustion of the eight births is: The wise should always abandon the three lower realms. This indicates the other five. These are summarized as: Hell, hungry ghosts, animals, barbarians, long-lived gods, wrong views, those without Buddhas, and mutes, these are the eight unfavorable circumstances. As it is said. With compassion aimed at the benefit of others, abiding oneself in the ten virtuous dharmas and placing other beings to be tamed in them, that is: They should strive to engage in the path of the ten virtuous actions. As it is said. Exchanging one's own happiness and the suffering of others from the depths of one's heart, focusing on the realms of other sentient beings, practicing the six perfections such as giving, fulfilling their wishes through the Dharma, and dedicating the merit to enlightenment, that is: The great non-returning Bodhi, when from giving to abiding in the Prajnaparamita, one completely gives for the benefit of all sentient beings. Similarly, one protects the precepts. One practices patience. One exerts effort. One abides in meditation. One practices wisdom for the benefit of all sentient beings. As it is said. By not seeing forms etc. as the ultimate truth, correctly realizing the profound Dharma, without hesitation about the meaning of profound freedom from elaboration, that is: The great non-returning Bodhi, there is no doubt, hesitation, or uncertainty about the profound Dharma. As it is said. Because one desires other paths and is not completely fulfilled, it is doubt. Not conforming to the straight path is hesitation.
