It is by relying on the surpassing wisdom that one enters the practice of the Bodhisattva. First, Rabyor, because this (Bodhisattva) will become the supreme of the great mass of sentient beings and the great assembly of sentient beings, therefore it is called Mahasattva. Thus it is said. After that, the sutra says that from the lineage and the eighth ground, the four fruition grounds, the self-enlightened Buddha, the initial generation of mind, to the Bodhisattva who dwells on the irreversible ground, all are said to be the great mass and the great assembly. Among them, the mass is the general term for sentient beings, and the lineage and so on are the assembly, so the assembly is explained in particular. So, is this first "great" the supreme one, or does it become the supreme one? If it is the former, it is not clear in the sutra. If it is the latter, the agent is the Bodhisattva, because this exists in the Bodhisattva, so it contradicts the previous boundary. Furthermore, this "great" is explained in the sutra as the reason why the Bodhisattva is called a great hero, so it is unreasonable to think that it is in the position of the Buddha, if you say so. Such discrimination arises in those who follow the Dharma, so I will answer it. For example, when entering the battlefield, one hopes to act in order to win the war, but making it victorious is only a method, so one does not want that. Similarly, practicing the three great things is the reason for establishing a great hero, so one does not want to act for that purpose, but the three kinds of actions to be accomplished by those three actionable dharmas are for that purpose. Moreover, the sutra also shows the three kinds of actions to be accomplished by showing the reason for establishing a great hero. Just as it is said in the Ornament of Realization, one should know that this shows three ways of acting for victory from non-victory, and of practicing Bodhicitta in accordance with the Dharma for that purpose. Moreover, the Sunlight Commentary is also consistent with this. In this way, from the continuation of the previous sutra, with a vajra-like mind, with a vast mind, with an immovable mind, with a mind of benefit and happiness, with diligence in the yoga of the Mother of All-Joy in the Dharma, abiding in all pure dharmas, one should become the supreme of all sentient beings. Thus contemplating. In the Sunlight Commentary, those minds are minds.

Effort is made on the Dharma of action that makes all sentient beings supreme, and the first "Great" is called "Supreme Great," which is very consistent with the Sutra. Therefore, the teacher said, "The great mind that makes all sentient beings supreme," which is said from the perspective of the great mind becoming supreme, not from the perspective of the Dharma of action, because these minds are said in the Sutra to be Bodhisattvas. What needs to be done specifically is also said by the teacher in the first place of arising, and it can also be known from the previously quoted scriptures. So, what are these six kinds of Dharma of action like? The first is that, for the benefit of all sentient beings, one wears armor as much as possible in samsara, accepts countless bodies, and completely gives away all possessions; one has equal mind towards sentient beings, and even if they attain liberation through the Three Vehicles, one must realize that there is no liberation because one knows that all dharmas are unborn; one practices the Six Perfections with a mind that is not mixed with the attention of Hearers and Solitary Realizers, thereby realizing that all dharmas are of one taste; for the benefit of each sentient being, one vows to endure their suffering until they have not attained liberation, and then, in order to perfect one's own accumulation of merit, one desires Bodhi. The second is that, from the moment one first generates Bodhicitta, one does not generate afflictions such as attachment, as well as the minds of Hearers and Solitary Realizers. The third is that one is not complacent with the Mahayana Bodhicitta. The fourth is that one protects sentient beings without abandoning them, and one is not complacent with this. The fifth is that one repeatedly contemplates the Suchness that is without difference in all dharmas. The sixth is that one abides in emptiness, the thirty-seven factors of enlightenment, the ten powers, the four fearlessnesses, the four analytical knowledges, the eighteen unshared dharmas, and the samadhi that is like a vajra, until one attains liberation and undefiled samadhi that is like space without attachment. There is no basis in the Sutras and commentaries for summarizing these last two as "mind of faith" and treating them as five minds. The second is from "attachment to self" to "seeing as Buddha" and "turning the wheel of Dharma," etc. In order to completely eliminate these views, even if one teaches the Dharma to sentient beings, one must do so in a non-attached way, and therefore one is called "Great Bodhi." And so on. Among them, attachment to self
