As it is said, "I" is independent by relying on the wisdom of the noble ones. Like this, I have not admitted that the conventional, which is considered to exist in its own way, is established by its own nature. What is it then? Although these aggregates and so on do not exist by their own nature, I only speak of them by making them only in the name of the world, because they are only known in the world. Here, there are two ways to establish the conventional aggregates and so on in the context of worldly conventions: the Madhyamaka school itself establishes them as conventional, but does not establish them in the category of what is accepted in the context of nominal valid cognition. Sometimes, due to necessity, the aggregates and so on are established as existing by their own nature, which is not accepted by our own school, but only accepted by others, so the two ways of refuting them are not the same. Accepting it in this way for others is for the sake of the result, that is, for the sake of necessity. That is also because it is a means for the trainees to be liberated from other evil schools, and gradually to realize Suchness. Therefore, all the establishments of that treatise are made for others, not for one's own school, which is not absolute, and it can be known by quoting the reason for knowledge here. The quoted reason is what is said in the Three Vows: "The world argues with me, but I do not argue with the world. Whatever the world considers to exist, I also consider to exist. Whatever the world considers not to exist, I also consider not to exist." This is what is said. This is what is said in the Seventy Stanzas on Emptiness: "Dwelling or arising, ceasing, existing, or not existing, inferior or equal or distinct, the Buddha speaks according to the conventions of the world, not according to the ultimate truth." That is, the meaning of establishing all existence and non-existence and so on is established according to the conventions of how it is known in the world. If so, when the Arhat abandons the five aggregates and enters the realm of peace without remainder, all conventions do not exist. If there are no such conventions in the world, then just like the peace without remainder, I would not say that these conventions exist in reliance on the "I" of worldly conventions. Therefore, I only acknowledge the conventional by relying on the conventions of other worlds.

It is not possible to independently affirm something without relying on worldly conventions. Initially, it is affirmed by the world itself. Therefore, one can refute based on what is affirmed, making it appropriate to refute. It is not based on other Madhyamikas. We say this because we are reversing the deceptive appearances of conventional reality in our own minds, which is very important, and therefore we will abide in the practice of the path. If the world does not harm you, you should refute this conventional reality by relying on the world itself. If your reasoning can prevent it, I will also help you, that is, become a friend. The world is also harmful, so we will not be your friends, but remain neutral. You and the worldly people should argue here, and after the argument, I will rely on whoever is strong. If you win then, we will be happy to rely on you. But if you are defeated by the world, then rely on the very powerful world. In this way, since the measure of conventional terms harms the absence of external objects, it is not possible to establish the absence of external objects. So, if the Mind-Only school thinks that because there are no partless particles, the reason for preventing external objects by accumulating them cannot prevent the partless external objects of directions, it is not said that those are not prevented by measure, even if they are prevented, external objects are not needed. From this, it should be understood that even if knowledge prevents the partless of time and the continuum that connects it, knowledge will not be prevented. According to other schools, if the partless of external objects is prevented, then the sense consciousness that is not confused by appearances will be prevented. Since sense consciousness is confused, it cannot establish things, so it is thought that external objects are prevented. Here, sense consciousness even if confused, cannot establish the truth of what is to be measured, but it is thought that it has become a help in establishing the falsity of what is to be measured. Arya Deva also thinks this way, saying in the Hundred Verses: "Saying 'exists' and saying 'does not exist,' it is neither that nor the world." Because it is said that distinguishing the meaning of knowing existence and non-existence is not any establishment of the two truths. Therefore, such a distinction is not the view of Nagarjuna either. The third has three, the ten bhumis.
