O race! Since wisdom is the emptiness of emptiness, established by its own nature, and merges into the same taste, it is not existent by its own nature. Because it does not cut off the Nirvana that exists by its own nature. Because wisdom is beyond all the characteristics of elaboration, and if one clings to Nirvana as existing by its own nature, that is the bondage of clinging to characteristics. Here, the division between consciousness and wisdom is made based on whether the appearance of elaboration disappears or not, not based on the aggregate of consciousness among the five aggregates. Secondly, just as Nirvana is held by four kinds of discriminations that conceive of things and so on, it does not exist in that way. The Blessed One, who has realized Nirvana, does not appear to exist by his own nature after entering Nirvana, and is not graspable. Similarly, the thing that Nirvana transcends does not exist, nor is it established by its own nature. Because these two do not exist, the existence and non-existence of both exist together, and the non-existence of both exists together. The nature that is neither existence nor non-existence does not appear to exist by its own nature, and is not graspable. Furthermore, even when the Blessed One was dwelling, he did not appear to exist by his own nature, and similarly, he did not appear to not exist, or that existence and non-existence both gather, or that neither of the two, but appear to exist by his own nature, it has already been said that the Tathagata is not observable. Thirdly, there are two: establishing the equality of samsara and nirvana, and establishing the refutation of the unpredicted view. First, when the teacher dwells in the world and when he enters Nirvana, there is no difference between the two in terms of being separated from or not separated from the four extremes, therefore there is no difference between samsara and Nirvana, and between Nirvana and samsara, in terms of truth and falsehood. If one analyzes with reason as before, then the emptiness established by its own nature is completely the same in nature. Therefore, monks, the cycle of birth, old age, and death has no beginning and no end, and it is also appropriate to say that this is the case. Because the nature of the initial cycle and the later Nirvana are the same. Like this, what is the true limit of Nirvana, the emptiness of emptiness?
