If there is no certainty about the necessity of analytical meditation with wisdom at each moment, but only the fault of gaining a reversed certainty that it is not needed. Then, those who want themselves to be better should abandon such things like poison. The great yogi said: Jowo Pal, in order to accomplish the omniscient Buddha, do not study as much as a mule-load of scriptures, but show something the size of a palm. Hiding it will not work. Phuchungba opened the scriptures and placed them on the pillow, saying: We are students, even if we do not look at them, we pay homage to all of these. If you say you do not understand the Dharma, what should you do? When a monk in front of him was seeing off Potowa, he said three times, "You are happy," and then said: My Geshe is like the sky covering the earth, relying on him, there is no need to ask others. There is no need to look at those red root texts and commentaries, so the work is less. Not considering cause and effect, the mind is at ease. Using mantras to accomplish this work, many people are satisfied. Sharawa said: Until one becomes a Buddha, learning has no end, it ends when one becomes a Buddha. Kamaba said: If you practice Dharma, what else do you need to know? Doing so will cause oneself to degenerate. This is likely to happen to us who have little learning. If you insist on saying what else you need to know, it is very dangerous. If you insist on practicing Dharma, you need to know, because this life is short and cannot be completed, so do not disturb the order of leisure and endowment, and constantly listen to the Dharma. Thinking that it is not needed for practitioners, but only for speakers, there is a danger of falling into sin for speakers. It is only needed for practitioners. Therefore, for accomplishment, wisdom and listening, which is the cause of it, are indispensable, and a firm conviction must be obtained. Similarly, if there is no certainty about the need for analytical meditation during practice, it will be very difficult to succeed. Even a holder of the Tripitaka who wants to become powerful only understands the preliminary practices of practice, or does not directly enter the pith instructions, but understands them as a support. For this reason, in order to quickly become a Buddha, one needs to practice. Saying that the Buddha's teachings need listening, which is beneficial to the teachings, and that practice are two different things, saying such nonsense is very different and contradicts the teach

There are only two kinds of teachings: the teachings of the scriptures of Palalung and the teachings of practice. The former is to know how to practice, and the latter is to put it into practice after knowing it. Therefore, if one can practice without error, that is the peak of the teachings. Because holding the teachings of practice without error depends on understanding the teachings of the scriptures without error. Therefore, if one has learned a lot of Dharma before, then when practicing, one must practice the meaning of those Dharmas and not forget them. If one does not understand from the beginning, one should not be discouraged, but according to one's wisdom, one should strive to learn the Dharma that suits one. Moreover, listening to the Dharma is not done separately, and practice is not done separately, but one should listen and think in the place where one wants to practice. Therefore, one must rely on the Bodhisattva who has no bias and whose components of the path are completely complete, starting from the initial stages of the practice path. If wisdom is small, get used to it. If wisdom is great, or small at first, but becomes great through habit, then expand the stages of the path and connect with all the immaculate scriptures and commentaries, so there is no need to seek separate teachings. Therefore, if it is an unerring and complete key point, then even if it is brief, it must have the key points of the exoteric and esoteric teachings and the upper and lower vehicles. If explained in detail, it can cover all the teachings. Therefore, until such a key point is found, one may be satisfied with one aspect of practice, but it is impossible to have a definite understanding of the key points of the practice of the complete system of the teachings. Therefore, rely on holy friends and Dharma friends, take pure vows as the basis, repeatedly listen to the key points, divide them into four sessions, practice contemplation, strongly pray to the deity and the guru, and start from various ways of accumulating merit and purifying obscurations, and strive to have complete causes and conditions. In this way, wisdom will continue to grow and generate deep conviction. The former saints also said: The Dharmas that you have heard before should be kept firmly in mind, and you should repeatedly think, measure, and observe them. If you forget the Dharma and only learn single-pointed calm abiding, then it is of no use. Great practitioners have great teachers, and medium practitioners have medium teache
