Clearly illuminate all the channels. In the navel, there is a red channel with eight petals, like an umbrella facing upwards. In the heart, there is a white channel with eight petals, like an umbrella covering. In the throat, there is a red channel with sixteen petals, like an umbrella facing upwards. In the crown, there are thirty-two petals of various colors, like an umbrella covering. Then, visualize within the navel's channel knot, on top of the moon, a red letter ཨ་ (Tibetan, Devanagari: अ, Romanized Sanskrit: a, Literal Chinese meaning: A) facing upwards. Within the heart's channel knot, on top of the moon, a blue letter ཧཱུཾ་ (Tibetan, Devanagari: हुं, Romanized Sanskrit: hūṃ, Literal Chinese meaning: Hum) facing downwards. Within the throat's channel knot, on top of the moon, a red letter ཨོཾ་ (Tibetan, Devanagari: ओं, Romanized Sanskrit: oṃ, Literal Chinese meaning: Om) facing upwards. Within the crown's channel knot, on top of the moon, a white letter ཧཾ་ (Tibetan, Devanagari: हं, Romanized Sanskrit: haṃ, Literal Chinese meaning: Ham) facing downwards. Mainly focus on the short letter ཨ་ (Tibetan, Devanagari: अ, Romanized Sanskrit: a, Literal Chinese meaning: A) in the navel, and slightly focus on the other three letters. The colors of the channels mentioned earlier are the colors of the petals. During meditation, imagine these channel knots slightly loosening or relaxing, and then meditate on these letters within these channel knots. If these four chakras are summarized, they are summarized into the two channels of ཨེ་བཾ་ (Tibetan, Devanagari: एवं, Romanized Sanskrit: evaṃ, Literal Chinese meaning: Evam). Among the two channels of ཨེ་ (Tibetan, Devanagari: ए, Romanized Sanskrit: e, Literal Chinese meaning: E), the channel of method is the channel of the crown, and the channel of wisdom is the navel chakra, and these two channels are in the shape of a triangle. Among the two channels of བཾ་ (Tibetan, Devanagari: वं, Romanized Sanskrit: vaṃ, Literal Chinese meaning: Vam), the channel of method is the channel of the throat, and the channel of wisdom is the heart chakra, and these two channels are shaped like an umbrella. If you cannot place the letters in detail on these channel petals, then, as mentioned earlier, place the four letters in the center of these four chakras. If you can place them in detail, then on the eight petals of the navel, place the letters of the eight categories. Generally, the navel has four channel petals outside the channel knot, eight petals outside that, twelve petals of the Kalachakra system outside that, sixteen petals of other tantras, and forty-four petals outside that. Discard the other petals and the single root channel, set the navel as eight petals, visualize that the roots of these eight petals are all rooted in the central channel, and when placing the letters on the petals, always rotate clockwise, with the first direction being east, and the first orientation being northeast.

It is also necessary to know that the letters of the directions should be written first, and the letters of the corners should be written later. That is, in the four directions of the center, east, south, west, and north, write the sixteen vowel letters of the A section, the Ka section, the Tsa section, and the Ta section in order. Then, in the four corners of northeast, southeast, southwest, and northwest, write the Ta section, Pa section, Ya section, and Sha section in order. If you cannot write these sections in detail, then write the first letters of the A and Ka sections, etc., in the four directions and four corners in order. On the four directions and four corners of the eight petals of the heart, write A, I, U, E, etc., and Ya, Ra, Va, that is, write eight short letters. On the sixteen petals of the throat, starting from the east, write the long forms of the eight letters of the heart in the four directions and four corners in order. That is, write on the eastern petal, and write the rest at intervals of one pulse each. On the thirty-two petals of the crown chakra, write sixteen vowel letters. That is, write A or something like that in the east, and then write the rest at intervals of one pulse each, as before. The color of the letters of the petals' pulses is the same as the color of the letters of their respective centers. All the letters are accompanied by a half-moon, a dot, and Nada. These should also be visualized as the form of a cow dripping nectar. The necessity of meditating on the letters in the pulse knots is to untie the pulse knots, and the necessity of meditating on the letters of the petals is the necessity of the wind-mind of the petals merging into the central channel. When writing consonants, do not write ksha. When combining the fifty Sanskrit letters, the thirty-four consonants including ksha are combined with the sixteen vowels. It is said that in the pulse, the vowels face upwards and the consonants face downwards, which refers to the letters in the three central channels of weak, medium, and strong, not the letters of the petals. The way letters appear on the petals is, taking the eastern petal as an example, they are arranged sequentially from the outside of the eastern petal. That is, the outermost is A, and in front of it is the long A, and so on for the arrangement of other vowel letters. The letters of other sections such as the Ka section on other petals are also arranged sequentially from the outside to the inside.
