Dwelling in the center of the navel chakra, that which becomes stable from the outside, at that time the protector will not change. Just as in a vessel without holes, all the water remains inexhaustible, at that time bliss becomes stable. Because of stability, there is coemergent joy. Therefore, the inexhaustible Buddha will surely be attained by yogis. Thus it is. The mind not being in harmony with semen is reversal, and stability is in the crown chakra, as stated in Man-nye. Here, this great bliss is the life force of the path, and its stability depends on the bliss of lower stability, so the way it arises is crucial. It is also said in Man-nye: Its joy is from the jewel (penis) up to the navel, and as the unmoving bodhicitta increases, it approaches upwards. According to the wording of this statement, if it does not move from the jewel, it seems to revert on its own, but that is not the case. Even if it does not move, it does not come down from the previous path, but goes without a trace. Even if it returns, it is not necessarily going to the crown chakra, but it may spread from a low place. Therefore, yogis must make a special effort to curl it upwards to the crown chakra. The Vajra Garland Tantra says: The nature of the wind has gone before, that nature goes upwards, and the yogi practices it. From this, the transformation wheel arises, and it is known as joy. It is said that the yogi makes the movement from above the Dharma wheel to above the enjoyment wheel. The four joys that arise from the wind entering, abiding, and dissolving in the central channel are: The Great Seal Bindu says: Because joy is appearance, appearance is increase, which is said to be excellent, and special joy is near attainment, coemergent is luminosity. Thus, the four joys are said to be appearance, increase, near attainment, and luminosity. Here, the appearance, increase, and near attainment of reversal cannot be the wisdom of luminosity, but it is said that the other three joys of reversal can be regarded as coemergent joy. Similarly, the appearance, increase, and near attainment of the forward movement, and those three as three joys, although not regarded as coemergent joy, the three joys of the forward downward movement can be regarded as coemergent joy.

There also appear to be certain times. However, the three joys that do not arise from the entry, abiding, and dissolution of the winds into the central channel cannot be established as innate nature. Secondly, when the winds are greatly agitated and arise from the clear light, first near attainment, then increase, then appearance arises, and then the four from burning like a candle to shimmering like a mirage occur in forward and reverse order. After that, the winds of agitated conceptualization stir, and the conceptualizations of self-nature arise. Although the three stages of near attainment, etc., arise in the mind, the rising of the body into an illusory body occurs simultaneously with the arising from the clear light. That is, the wind-mind of the clear light manifests as the illusory body of Vajradhara, rising in a manner separate from the gross body. It arises through the power of releasing the projection of such arising, and that is the completion stage of the appearance aspect. Therefore, the body that arises there should be single-pointedly placed in equipoise with the form of the consort. If one cannot abide in that, then contemplate the previous body as the form of the commitment father and mother, and enter into its old place in the manner of a wisdom being and abide there. In the commentary of Jowo Chepo (Great Lord), it is said, 'From that, form is obtained.' The meaning stated in the sadhana of Luipa is explained as arising from the clear light into the illusory body. There are three types of illusory bodies: the subsequent illusory body, the actual illusory body, and the illusory body of the union body. For details, one must learn from the instructions of the Transcendent Cycle. Secondly, in this way, at the end of cultivating the two completion stages in equipoise, unable to abide in that samadhi, in the subsequent attainment arising from that, whatever objects of appearance arise, such as forms and sounds, seal all with the bliss-emptiness cultivated in equipoise. Train to view everything as the play of inseparable bliss-emptiness. If one becomes accustomed to that, then whatever objects of appearance arise become an aid to increasing bliss. As it is said in the Ocean of Dakinis: 'By well combining the karmic hand seal, each day should be practiced. Whatever is seen at that time, should fall into all things. The nature of great desire, will always arise and change in self-nature.' Thus, it is clearly stated.

So! The perfect union of action mudra is merely symbolic. Through methods such as vajra recitation, which strike the vital points of the body, one draws forth the co-emergent great bliss and maintains it in equipoise. Eventually, in the post-meditation period, one should act as before. The meaning of the two lines "At that time" is to remember the great bliss that one has previously experienced, and thereby cause all objects of perception to fall into it. This is the meaning of expanding and then meditating. The arising of great desire within oneself becomes an aid to the blazing of great bliss. After maintaining it in this way in the post-meditation period, one should again rely on either the outer or inner means to generate the two sections of the completion stage, emptiness and appearance. One should then make the alternation of equipoise and post-meditation a regular practice. Thirdly, in the commentary of Lui-pa, composed by Lawapa, it says, "Turn the clear light towards manifestation, and even in sleep, aspire to clear light itself and lie down." Thus, it is taught to hold the clear light of sleep. The Wisdom Protector and the commentary of Vibhuti Chandra also explain it in the same way. Therefore, in the context of the completion stage, it is also necessary to hold the clear light of sleep. That, as previously explained, is done from the point where one can induce the four emptinesses and four joys by having the life-force enter, abide, and dissolve into the dhu ti. The method is to pray many times to the lama and yidam to be able to hold the clear light of sleep. When sleeping, one should place the right side of the body downwards, etc., in accordance with the general practice. In the state of visualizing oneself as the commitment being father and mother, one should recite the clear vowels and generate the wisdom being father and mother, etc., as before, with the difference that one meditates in the heart. At the end of that process of gathering, one should lie down focusing single-pointedly on the syllable Hūṃ (藏文:ཧཱུྃ,梵文天城体:हुं,梵文罗马拟音:hūṃ,汉字字面意思:吽) of white and red radiance within the dhu ti in the heart. From that, after the wind enters and abides in the central channel of the heart, etc., the four signs from mirage to burning like a lamp, and then the three appearances, increase, and attainment, along with the clear light, the four emptinesses will arise as previously explained. At that time, when the clear light dawns, one should remember the view of emptiness and maintain the wisdom of co-emergent joy, inseparable from bliss and emptiness, in whatever state it can abide. Wind moving.
