It explains that, and applies it to the four joys in sequence. Furthermore, when the bodhicitta melts and reaches a certain place, the way the four descending joys arise is as follows, according to the Vajra Garland Tantra: "After that, the arising sequence should be explained. The great bliss wheel is at the crown of the head, which is explained as joy. Supreme joy is in the enjoyment wheel, separation joy resides in the dharma wheel, and the emanation wheel is the co-emergent joy. One should experience the joy." It is said that when it reaches from the crown of the head to the throat, joy arises, and one should understand the other three as well. Also, according to the Abhidhanottara Tantra: "The navel, the heart, and the center of the breasts, the root of the tongue and the top of the head, are joy, supreme joy, holy joy, and co-emergent joy. The first has sixty-four petals, the second has eight petals and is supreme, the third has sixteen petals, and the fourth has thirty-two petals. The sow resides at the root of the navel, the co-emergent joy is the supreme blood drinker." It is explained that joy arises at the navel, supreme joy at the heart, holy joy, which is a special joy, at the root of the tongue, i.e., the throat, and co-emergent joy at the top of the head, i.e., the crown of the head, which is the sequence of the four joys of the downward stability. The heart lotus is the root chakra of the heart, and it should be applied to the other three as well. The sow at the root of the navel is explained as fierce woman, a-thung, and co-emergent blood drinker. This is because the co-emergent bodhicitta of the downward stability arises when it reverses upwards and goes to the crown of the head, so the syllable HUNG(藏文:ཧཾ,梵文天城体:हं,梵文罗马拟音:haṃ,汉语字面意思:吽)at the crown of the head is shown as Heruka. The place of the downward stability also starts from the bodhicitta jewel, and when it reverses to the navel chakra, joy arises, and its awareness should be applied to the other three as well. Manjushrimitra explains that all four downward stabilities are divided into small, medium, large, and very large in the co-emergent. From the four joys of the descending, the four of the downward stability must be a greater bliss. Through the door of downward stability, the bodhicitta reverses upwards. Until it is not stable at the crown of the head, the bliss is not stable, but it is said that once it is stable at the crown of the head, the bliss becomes stable. As it says in the Great Seal Bindu: "Then the mind is on top of the life force, because it is not in harmony, it will descend. Lotus..."
